1. 1

   这事作完了，众首领来见我，说，以色列民和祭司并利未人，没有将自己与迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亚扪人、摩押人、埃及人、亚摩利人隔离，仍效法这些地的百姓，行他们可憎的事。

   当这些事做完后，众王子来到我这里，说，以色列人民，众祭司，利未人，没有把自己从这些土地的人民中分开，就是刊南人，希斯人，皮瑞兹人，耶布斯人，阿门人，摩阿布人，埃及人，阿摩瑞人，而是照他们的可憎事去做。

   这事做完了，众首领来见我，说：“以色列民和祭司并利未人，没有离绝迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亚扪人、摩押人、埃及人、亚摩利人，仍效法这些国的民，行可憎的事。

   Now when these things were done, the princes came to me, saying, The people of Israel, and the priests, and the Levites, have not separated themselves from the people of the lands, doing according to their abominations, even of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, the Ammonites, the Moabites, the Egyptians, and the Amorites.

2. 2

   因他们为自己和儿子娶了这些外邦女儿们为妻，以致圣洁的种子和这些地的民混杂，而且首领和众官长在这事上为罪魁。

   因他们为自己和他们的众子娶了这些外邦女儿们；以致神圣的种子和那些土地的人民混合了；是的，管理者和众王子在这侵犯上是罪魁。

   因他们为自己和儿子娶了这些外邦女子为妻，以致圣洁的种类和这些国的民混杂；而且首领和官长在这事上为罪魁。”

   For they have taken of their daughters for themselves, and for their sons: so that the holy seed have mingled themselves with the people of those lands: yea, the hand of the princes and rulers hath been chief in this trespass.

   我一听见这事，就撕裂衣服和外袍，拔了头发和胡须，惊恐而坐。

   当我听见这事，我就撕裂自己的服装和披风，拔了头发和胡须，惊恐地坐在地上。

   我一听见这事，就撕裂衣服和外袍，拔了头发和胡须，惊惧忧闷而坐。

   And when I heard this thing, I rent my garment and my mantle, and plucked off the hair of my head and of my beard, and sat down astonied.

4. 4

   凡为以色列神言语战兢的，都因这被掳又回来之人所犯的罪聚集到我这里来。我就惊恐而坐，直到献晚祭的时候。

   于是为以色列的神的话语而颤抖的每个人，都因这些被掳走的人的违犯被招聚到我这里来；我就惊恐地坐在地上，直到傍晚祭祀的时候。

   凡为以色列　神言语战兢的，都因这被掳归回之人所犯的罪聚集到我这里来。我就惊惧忧闷而坐，直到献晚祭的时候。

   Then were assembled unto me every one that trembled at the words of the God of Israel, because of the transgression of those that had been carried away; and I sat astonied until the evening sacrifice.

5. 5

   献晚祭的时候我从沉重中起来，穿着撕裂的衣袍，双膝跪下向耶和华我的神举手，

   傍晚祀祭的时候我从沉重中起来；穿着撕裂的衣服和披风，双膝跪下向主我的神伸开双手，

   献晚祭的时候我起来，心中愁苦，穿着撕裂的衣袍，双膝跪下向耶和华我的　神举手，

   And at the evening sacrifice I arose up from my heaviness; and having rent my garment and my mantle, I fell upon my knees, and spread out my hands unto the LORD my God,

6. 6

   说，我的神啊，我抱愧蒙羞，不敢向我神仰面，因为我们的罪孽灭顶，我们的罪恶上及诸天。

   说，我的神啊，我向你抬起脸又羞愧又脸红；因为我们的罪过漫过我们的头，我们的侵犯达到众天。

   说：“我的　神啊，我抱愧蒙羞，不敢向我　神仰面；因为我们的罪孽灭顶，我们的罪恶滔天。

   And said, O my God, I am ashamed and blush to lift up my face to thee, my God: for our iniquities are increased over our head, and our trespass is grown up unto the heavens.

7. 7

   从我们父辈直到今天，我们的罪恶很重，因我们的罪孽，我们和我们的君王、祭司都交在这些地的列王手中，刀剑、掳掠、抢夺、脸上蒙羞正如今天这样。

   从我们父辈直到今天，我们的侵犯很重，因我们的罪过，我们和我们的君王及众祭司都被交在这些土地的列王手中，并交给剑，被掳掠，成掠物，脸上又羞愧，就像今天这样。

   从我们列祖直到今日，我们的罪恶甚重；因我们的罪孽，我们和君王、祭司都交在外邦列王的手中，杀害、掳掠、抢夺、脸上蒙羞正如今日的光景。

   Since the days of our fathers have we been in a great trespass unto this day; and for our iniquities have we, our kings, and our priests, been delivered into the hand of the kings of the lands, to the sword, to captivity, and to a spoil, and to confusion of face, as it is this day.

8. 8

   现在耶和华我们的神暂时向我们施恩，给我们留些逃脱的人，使我们如钉子钉在他的圣所，我们的神好光照我们的眼睛，使我们在捆绑之中有一点复兴。

   现在主我们的神已经向我们显了一小个间隙的恩典，为要给我们留下一些余剩的人，使我们就如钉子钉在他神圣之地，使我们的神可以光照我们的眼睛，在奴役中给我们一点复兴。

   现在耶和华我们的　神暂且施恩与我们，给我们留些逃脱的人，使我们安稳如钉子钉在他的圣所，我们的　神好光照我们的眼目，使我们在受辖制之中稍微复兴。

   And now for a little space grace hath been shewed from the LORD our God, to leave us a remnant to escape, and to give us a nail in his holy place, that our God may lighten our eyes, and give us a little reviving in our bondage.

9. 9

   因为我们是奴隶，然而在捆绑之中，我们的神仍没有丢弃我们，在波斯王眼中向我们施怜悯，叫我们复兴，能重建我们神的家，修其毁坏之处，在犹大和耶路撒冷中给我们墙。

   因为我们是奴隶；然而在我们的奴役中，我们的神没有丢弃我们，而是在波斯王眼里向我们施怜悯，给了我们一个复兴，能设立我们神的家，又修理其毁坏之处，还在犹大和耶路撒冷里给我们围墙。

   我们是奴仆，然而在受辖制之中，我们的　神仍没有丢弃我们，在波斯王眼前向我们施恩，叫我们复兴，能重建我们　神的殿，修其毁坏之处，使我们在犹大和耶路撒冷有墙垣。

   For we were bondmen; yet our God hath not forsaken us in our bondage, but hath extended mercy unto us in the sight of the kings of Persia, to give us a reviving, to set up the house of our God, and to repair the desolations thereof, and to give us a wall in Judah and in Jerusalem.

10. 10

    我们的神啊，既是如此，我们还有什么话可说呢？因为我们已经离弃你的诫命，

    现在，我们的神啊，这之后我们还有什么话要说呢？因我们已经离弃了你的诫命，

    “我们的　神啊，既是如此，我们还有什么话可说呢？因为我们已经离弃你的命令，

    And now, O our God, what shall we say after this? for we have forsaken thy commandments,

    就是你借你仆人众先知所命令的说，你们要去得为业之地是污秽之地，因列国之民的污秽和可憎的事，叫全地从这边直到那边满了污秽。

    就是你借你的众仆人众预言者命令的，说，你们要去占有的土地是一块不洁净的土地，因各国人民的污秽和可憎的事，让全土地从这边直到那边都满了不洁净。

    就是你藉你仆人众先知所吩咐的说：‘你们要去得为业之地是污秽之地；因列国之民的污秽和可憎的事，叫全地从这边直到那边满了污秽。

    Which thou hast commanded by thy servants the prophets, saying, The land, unto which ye go to possess it, is an unclean land with the filthiness of the people of the lands, with their abominations, which have filled it from one end to another with their uncleanness.

12. 12

    所以不能将你们的女儿嫁他们的儿子，也不能为你们的儿子娶他们的女儿，永不能寻求他们的平安和他们的财富，这样你们就可以强盛，吃这地的美物，并遗留这地给你们的儿女永远为业。

    因此现在不要把你们的众女儿给他们的众子，也不要为你们的众子娶他们的众女儿，绝不寻求他们的和平与他们的财富；这样你们就可以强壮，吃这土地的美好，又把它留给你们的孩子们作一个永远产业。

    所以不可将你们的女儿嫁他们的儿子，也不可为你们的儿子娶他们的女儿，永不可求他们的平安和他们的利益，这样你们就可以强盛，吃这地的美物，并遗留这地给你们的子孙永远为业。’

    Now therefore give not your daughters unto their sons, neither take their daughters unto your sons, nor seek their peace or their wealth for ever: that ye may be strong, and eat the good of the land, and leave it for an inheritance to your children for ever.

13. 13

    我们的神啊，我们因自己的恶行和大罪，遭遇了这一切的事，并且你刑罚我们轻于我们罪所当得的，又给我们施行这样的拯救。

    我们的神啊，我们因自己的坏行为和极大的侵犯，遭遇了这一切的事，并且你对我们的惩罚轻过我们的罪应该得到的，还给我们这样的拯救；

    神啊，我们因自己的恶行和大罪，遭遇了这一切的事，并且你刑罚我们轻于我们罪所当得的，又给我们留下这些人。

    And after all that is come upon us for our evil deeds, and for our great trespass, seeing that thou our God hast punished us less than our iniquities deserve, and hast given us such deliverance as this;

14. 14

    我们怎能再违背你的诫命，与这行可憎之事的民联合呢？若这样行，你怎么能不向我们发怒，直到将我们灭绝，以致没有一个剩下逃脱的？

    我们怎么能再次违背你的诫命，并且与这行憎恶的事的人民联合呢？如果这样做，你怎么能不向我们生气，直到把我们消灭，以致没有一个剩下或逃脱的？

    我们岂可再违背你的命令，与这行可憎之事的民结亲呢？若这样行，你岂不向我们发怒，将我们灭绝，以致没有一个剩下逃脱的人吗？

    Should we again break thy commandments, and join in affinity with the people of these abominations? wouldest not thou be angry with us till thou hadst consumed us, so that there should be no remnant nor escaping?

15. 15

    耶和华以色列的神啊，因你是公义的，我们这剩下的人才得逃脱，正如今天这样。看啊，我们在你面前有罪恶，因此无人在你面前站立得住。

    以色列的主神啊，你是正义的；因我们这些像今天这样剩下的人还能逃脱；看啊，我们的侵犯就在你面前；因为这个我们不能在你面前站立。

    耶和华以色列的　神啊，因你是公义的，我们这剩下的人才得逃脱，正如今日的光景。看哪，我们在你面前有罪恶，因此无人在你面前站立得住。”

    O LORD God of Israel, thou art righteous: for we remain yet escaped, as it is this day: behold, we are before thee in our trespasses: for we cannot stand before thee because of this.
