1. 1

   看啊，必有一王凭公义统治；必有首领借公平掌权。

   看啊，会有一个王在正义里统治，并会有众王子在判决里管理。

   看哪，必有一王凭公义行政；必有首领藉公平掌权。

   Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment.

2. 2

   必有一人像避风所和避暴雨的隐密处，又像河流在干旱之地，像大磐石的影子在疲乏之地。

   会有一个人像一个避风和遮蔽暴雨的隐密地方；像河流在一片干旱的地方，像一块大岩石的影子在困倦的土地里。

   必有一人像避风所和避暴雨的隐密处，又像河流在干旱之地，像大磐石的影子在疲乏之地。

   And a man shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.

3. 3

   那能看的人，眼不再昏迷；能听的人，耳必得听闻。

   那些观看的人的眼不会昏迷；那些听的人的耳朵会听取。

   那能看的人，眼不再昏迷；能听的人，耳必得听闻。

   And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears of them that hear shall hearken.

4. 4

   冒失人的心必明白知识；结巴人的舌必预备清楚地说话。

   冒失者的心也会明白知识；结巴者的舌会准备好明确地说话。

   冒失人的心必明白知识；结巴人的舌必说话通快。

   The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly.

5. 5

   卑贱人不再称为高明，吝啬人不再称为大方。

   下流的人不会再被称为大方的，吝啬者不再被说成是慷慨的。

   愚顽人不再称为高明；吝啬人不再称为大方。

   The vile person shall be no more called liberal, nor the churl said to be bountiful.

6. 6

   因为卑贱人必说邪恶话，心里想作罪孽，惯行假冒伪善的事，说错谬的话攻击耶和华，使空虚的魂饥饿，使口渴的人无水可喝。

   因为下流的人要说邪恶的话，他的心要行罪过，为要去实践伪善，又要去针对主发出错误，要使饥饿者的魂空虚，他又要致使口渴者喝的枯竭。

   因为愚顽人必说愚顽话，心里想作罪孽，惯行亵渎的事，说错谬的话攻击耶和华，使饥饿的人无食可吃，使口渴的人无水可喝。

   For the vile person will speak villany, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise hypocrisy, and to utter error against the LORD, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.

7. 7

   吝啬人所用的法子是恶的；他图谋恶计，用谎言毁灭贫穷人，有需要人讲公理的时候，他也这样。

   吝啬者的器具也是坏的；他策划邪恶的计谋，用谎话毁灭贫穷者，甚至有需要者讲正确话的时候，他也这样。

   吝啬人所用的法子是恶的；他图谋恶计，用谎言毁灭谦卑人；穷乏人讲公理的时候，他也是这样行。

   The instruments also of the churl are evil: he deviseth wicked devices to destroy the poor with lying words, even when the needy speaketh right.

8. 8

   高明人却谋高明事，在高明事上也必站立。

   但慷慨者策划慷慨的事；他也会借慷慨的事站立。

   高明人却谋高明事，在高明事上也必永存。

   But the liberal deviseth liberal things; and by liberal things shall he stand.

9. 9

   安逸的女人啊，你们起来听我的声音！无虑的女儿们啊，侧耳听我的言语！

   你们这安逸的女人们，起来；你们这粗心大意的女儿们，听我的声音；侧耳听我的言语。

   安逸的妇女啊，起来听我的声音！无虑的女子啊，侧耳听我的言语！

   Rise up, ye women that are at ease; hear my voice, ye careless daughters; give ear unto my speech.

10. 10

    无虑的女人啊，你们必受骚扰许多年许多天；因为无葡萄可摘，无物可收。

    你们这粗心大意的女人们，要苦恼许多年许多天；因酿的酒会枯竭，收集不会来到。

    无虑的女子啊，再过一年多，必受骚扰；因为无葡萄可摘，无果子（或译：禾稼）可收。

    Many days and years shall ye be troubled, ye careless women: for the vintage shall fail, the gathering shall not come.

11. 11

    安逸的女人啊，你们要战兢；无虑的啊，要受骚扰。脱去衣服，赤着身体，腰束麻布。

    你们这安逸的女人们，要颤抖；你们这粗心大意的人，要苦恼；你们要脱掉，使自己裸露，又把麻布束在你们的腰上。

    安逸的妇女啊，要战兢；无虑的女子啊，要受骚扰。脱去衣服，赤着身体，腰束麻布。

    Tremble, ye women that are at ease; be troubled, ye careless ones: strip you, and make you bare, and gird sackcloth upon your loins.

12. 12

    她们必为乳头、美好的田地和多结果的葡萄树哀哭。

    她们会为乳头，为愉快的田地，为多果子的葡萄藤而哀痛。

    她们必为美好的田地和多结果的葡萄树，捶胸哀哭。

    They shall lament for the teats, for the pleasant fields, for the fruitful vine.

13. 13

    荆棘蒺藜必长在我百姓的地上，又长在欢乐的城中和一切快乐的房屋上。

    荆棘和刺条会在我人民的土地上长起来；是的，又在欢乐城市里的所有欢喜的房子上；

    荆棘蒺藜必长在我百姓的地上，又长在欢乐的城中和一切快乐的房屋上。

    Upon the land of my people shall come up thorns and briers; yea, upon all the houses of joy in the joyous city:

14. 14

    因为宫殿必被撇下，多民的城必被离弃；要塞望楼永为洞穴，作野驴所喜乐的，为羊群的草场。

    因为宫殿会被遗弃；城市里的群众会被留下；众要塞和众塔楼会成为永远的洞穴，成为野驴的欢喜，羊群的草场；

    因为宫殿必被撇下，多民的城必被离弃；山冈望楼永为洞穴，作野驴所喜乐的，为羊群的草场。

    Because the palaces shall be forsaken; the multitude of the city shall be left; the forts and towers shall be for dens for ever, a joy of wild asses, a pasture of flocks;

15. 15

    直到这灵从上浇灌我们，旷野就变为多结果子的田，多结果子的田看如树林。

    直到这灵被从高处浇灌到我们身上，并且荒野变为多果子的田地，多果子的田地被算作一个森林。

    等到圣灵从上浇灌我们，旷野就变为肥田，肥田看如树林。

    Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest.

16. 16

    那时，公平要住在旷野；公义要住在多结果子的田里。

    那时，判决会住在荒野里，正义会留在多果子的田地里。

    那时，公平要居在旷野；公义要居在肥田。

    Then judgment shall dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness remain in the fruitful field.

17. 17

    公义的果效必是平安；公义的效验必是平稳，直到永远。

    正义的工作会是和平；正义的效果会是平静和确据，直到永远。

    公义的果效必是平安；公义的效验必是平稳，直到永远。

    And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

18. 18

    我的百姓必住在平安的住所，安稳的住处，平静的安歇所。

    我的人民会住在一个和平的居所里，和确信的住处中，并在平静休息的地方；

    我的百姓必住在平安的居所，安稳的住处，平静的安歇所。

    And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places;

19. 19

    当天降冰雹打倒树林；城必全部拆平。

    那时会有冰雹降在森林上；城市会被降低到一个低微的地方。

    （但要降冰雹打倒树林；城必全然拆平。）

    When it shall hail, coming down on the forest; and the city shall be low in a low place.

20. 20

    你们在各水边撒种、牧放牛驴的有福了！

    你们这些在一切的众水边播种的，把公牛和驴的脚派到那里去的是有福的。

    你们在各水边撒种、牧放牛驴的有福了！

    Blessed are ye that sow beside all waters, that send forth thither the feet of the ox and the ass.
