1. 1

   巴比伦女儿的童女啊，下来坐在尘埃中；迦勒底的女儿啊，没有宝座，坐在地上；因为你不再称为柔弱娇嫩的。

   巴比伦的处女啊，下来，坐在尘土里，坐在地面上；卡尔迪亚人的女儿啊，没有王座了；因为你不会再被叫做娇嫩和秀气的。

   巴比伦的处女啊，下来坐在尘埃；迦勒底的闺女啊，没有宝座，要坐在地上；因为你不再称为柔弱娇嫩的。

   Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground: there is no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate.

2. 2

   要拿石磨去磨面，要揭开你的帕子，脱去长裙，露出大腿，渡过江河。

   取石磨，磨饭；揭开你的发绺，赤着脚，露出大腿，经过众河流。

   要用磨磨面，揭去帕子，脱去长衣，露腿趟河。

   Take the millstones, and grind meal: uncover thy locks, make bare the leg, uncover the thigh, pass over the rivers.

3. 3

   你的赤身必被露出；你的羞耻必被看见。我要报仇，并且你将不会像人那般被我遇见。

   你的赤裸会被露出来；是的，你的羞愧会被看见；我要报仇，我不会作为一个人遇见你。

   你的下体必被露出；你的丑陋必被看见。我要报仇，谁也不宽容。

   Thy nakedness shall be uncovered, yea, thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and I will not meet thee as a man.

4. 4

   我们的救赎者的名是万军之耶和华，以色列的圣者。

   至于我们的救赎者，众军的主是他的名，以色列的神圣者。

   我们救赎主的名是万军之耶和华以色列的圣者。

   As for our redeemer, the LORD of hosts is his name, the Holy One of Israel.

5. 5

   迦勒底的女儿啊，你要默然静坐，进入黑暗中，因为你不再称为列国的女主人。

   卡尔迪亚的女儿啊，你安静坐着，你进入黑暗吧；因你不会再被叫作，众王国的夫人。

   迦勒底的闺女啊，你要默然静坐，进入暗中，因为你不再称为列国的主母。

   Sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called, The lady of kingdoms.

6. 6

   我向我的百姓发怒，使我的产业被玷污，将他们交在你手中，你毫不怜悯他们，把极重的轭加在老年人身上。

   我曾对我的人民发怒，我已污染我的产业，又把他们交在你手中；你没有向他们显出怜悯；把你非常重的轭放在那古老者身上。

   我向我的百姓发怒，使我的产业被亵渎，将他们交在你手中，你毫不怜悯他们，把极重的轭加在老年人身上。

   I was wroth with my people, I have polluted mine inheritance, and given them into thine hand: thou didst shew them no mercy; upon the ancient hast thou very heavily laid thy yoke.

7. 7

   你自己说，我必永远作个女主人，所以你不将这事放在心上，也不思想这事的结局。

   你又说了，我会永远作夫人；所以你没有把这些事情放到你心上，也没有记住它后来的结局。

   你自己说：“我必永为主母”，所以你不将这事放在心上，也不思想这事的结局。

   And thou saidst, I shall be a lady for ever: so that thou didst not lay these things to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end of it.

8. 8

   你这专好宴乐、安然居住的，现在要听这话。你心中说，唯有我，除我以外再没有别的。我必不致寡居，也不遭丧子之事。

   因此现在听这个，你这任意去宴乐，漫不经心居住，在心里说，我是，除我以外没有别的；我不会像个寡妇一样坐着，我也不会知道孩子们的丧失；

   你这专好宴乐、安然居住的，现在当听这话。你心中说：“惟有我，除我以外再没有别的。我必不致寡居，也不遭丧子之事。”

   Therefore hear now this, thou that art given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children:

   哪知，丧子、寡居这两件事在一天转眼之间必临到你；正在你多行邪术、广施魔法的时候，这两件事必全部临到你身上。

   但在一天里这两件事会瞬间临到你，孩子们的丧失，和作寡妇；因你众多的巫术，又因你大量的魔法，它们会完全来到你身上。

   哪知，丧子、寡居这两件事在一日转眼之间必临到你；正在你多行邪术、广施符咒的时候，这两件事必全然临到你身上。

   But these two things shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood: they shall come upon thee in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries, and for the great abundance of thine enchantments.

10. 10

    看啊，你素来信靠自己的恶行，说，无人看见我。你的智慧知识使你偏邪，并且你心里说，唯有我，除我以外再没有别的。

    因你已信靠你的邪恶；你曾说，没有人看见我。你的智慧和你的知识，它歪曲了你；并且你曾在你的心里说，我是，除我以外没有别的。

    你素来倚仗自己的恶行，说：“无人看见我。”你的智慧聪明使你偏邪，并且你心里说：“惟有我，除我以外再没有别的。”

    For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness: thou hast said, None seeth me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee; and thou hast said in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me.

11. 11

    因此，罪恶要临到你身；你不知何时发生灾害落在你身上，你也不能除掉；所不知道的毁灭也必忽然临到你身。

    因此，坏事会来到你身上；你不会知道它从哪里兴起；毒害会落在你身上；你无法把它除掉；你不知道的荒凉会忽然临到你身上。

    因此，祸患要临到你身；你不知何时发现（或译：如何驱逐）灾害落在你身上，你也不能除掉；所不知道的毁灭也必忽然临到你身。

    Therefore shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know from whence it riseth: and mischief shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put it off: and desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, which thou shalt not know.

12. 12

    站起来吧！用你从幼年劳碌施行的魔法和你许多的邪术；或者可得益处，或者可得胜利。

    现在带着你的魔法和你众多的巫术站起来，就是你从你青年时在其上辛劳的；如果这样你能够得到益处，如果这样你可以得胜。

    站起来吧！用你从幼年劳神施行的符咒和你许多的邪术；或者可得益处，或者可得强胜。

    Stand now with thine enchantments, and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou hast laboured from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to profit, if so be thou mayest prevail.

13. 13

    你筹划太多，以致疲倦。让那些观天象的，占星的，在每月说预言的，都站起来，救你脱离所要临到你的事。

    你在你众多的建议中疲倦。现在让那些占星者，观星者，每月说预言的，都站起来，救你脱离要来到你身上的这些事情。

    你筹划太多，以致疲倦。让那些观天象的，看星宿的，在月朔说预言的，都站起来，救你脱离所要临到你的事。

    Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee.

14. 14

    他们要像茬子被火焚烧，不能救自己脱离火焰之力；这火不是可以取暖的炭，也不是可以坐在其前的火。

    看啊，他们会像茬子；火会焚烧他们；他们不会拯救自己脱离火焰的权力；没有一块可以取暖的炭，也没有可以坐在它面前的火。

    他们要像碎秸被火焚烧，不能救自己脱离火焰之力；这火并非可烤的炭火，也不是可以坐在其前的火。

    Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: there shall not be a coal to warm at, nor fire to sit before it.

15. 15

    你所劳碌的事都要这样与你无益；从幼年作你商人的也都各奔各乡，无人救你。

    从你青年时与你一起辛劳的人，就是你的众商人，他们会对你这样；他们每一个人会游荡到他自己的四境；没有一个会救你。

    你所劳神的事都要这样与你无益；从幼年与你贸易的也都各奔各乡，无人救你。

    Thus shall they be unto thee with whom thou hast laboured, even thy merchants, from thy youth: they shall wander every one to his quarter; none shall save thee.
