我的魂厌烦我的性命，必由着自己述说我的委屈；因我魂里痛苦，我要说话，
我的魂厌倦我的生命；我要把我的抱怨留给自己；我要在我魂的苦毒中说话。
“我厌烦我的性命，必由着自己述说我的哀情；因心里苦恼，我要说话，
My soul is weary of my life; I will leave my complaint upon myself; I will speak in the bitterness of my soul.

我对神说，不要定我有罪，要指示我，你为什么与我争辩？
我要对神说，不要刑罚我；显给我，你为什么与我争辩。
对 神说：不要定我有罪，要指示我，你为何与我争辩？
I will say unto God, Do not condemn me; shew me wherefore thou contendest with me.

你手所造的，你又欺压，又藐视，却光照恶人的计谋。这事你以为美吗？
你欺压，又藐视你手的工作，却光照邪恶者的建议，这对你来说好吗？
你手所造的，你又欺压，又藐视，却光照恶人的计谋。这事你以为美吗？
Is it good unto thee that thou shouldest oppress, that thou shouldest despise the work of thine hands, and shine upon the counsel of the wicked?

你的眼难道是肉眼？你查看难道像人查看吗？
你拥有的是肉眼吗？或者你看难道像人看吗？
你的眼岂是肉眼？你查看岂像人查看吗？
Hast thou eyes of flesh? or seest thou as man seeth?

你的日子难道像人的日子，你的年日难道像人的年日，
你的日子难道像人的日子吗？你的年日难道像人的年日，
你的日子岂像人的日子，你的年岁岂像人的年岁，
Are thy days as the days of man? are thy years as man's days,

就追问我的罪孽，寻察我的罪过吗？
使你追讨我的罪过，搜索我的罪吗？
就追问我的罪孽，寻察我的罪过吗？
That thou enquirest after mine iniquity, and searchest after my sin?

其实，你知道我没有罪恶，并没有能救我脱离你手的。
你知道我不是邪恶的；并且没有什么能从你的手中逃脱。
其实，你知道我没有罪恶，并没有能救我脱离你手的。
Thou knowest that I am not wicked; and there is none that can deliver out of thine hand.

你的手造我，塑造我的四肢百体，你还要毁灭我。
你的手造了我，并且把我的百体塑造到一起；然而你要毁灭我。
你的手创造我，造就我的四肢百体，你还要毁灭我。
Thine hands have made me and fashioned me together round about; yet thou dost destroy me.

求你记念制造我如抟泥一般，你还要再使我归于尘土吗？
我恳请你记得，你就像粘土一样造了我；你还要再带我进入尘土吗？
求你记念，制造我如抟泥一般，你还要使我归于尘土吗？
Remember, I beseech thee, that thou hast made me as the clay; and wilt thou bring me into dust again?

你不是倒出我来好像奶，使我凝结如同奶酪吗？
你不是把我像奶一样倒出来，又像奶酪一样凝结我？
你不是倒出我来好像奶，使我凝结如同奶饼吗？
Hast thou not poured me out as milk, and curdled me like cheese?

你以皮和肉给我穿上，用骨与筋把我围住。
你用皮和肉给我穿上，还用骨与筋把我围住。
你以皮和肉为衣给我穿上，用骨与筋把我全体联络。
Thou hast clothed me with skin and flesh, and hast fenced me with bones and sinews.

你将生命和喜爱应允我；你也眷顾保全我的灵。
你已授予了我生命和喜爱，你的造访又保全了我的灵。
你将生命和慈爱赐给我；你也眷顾保全我的心灵。
Thou hast granted me life and favour, and thy visitation hath preserved my spirit.

然而，你待我的这些事早已藏在你心里；我知道你有此意。
并且这些事已经隐藏在你心里了；我知道这个在你那里。
然而，你待我的这些事早已藏在你心里；我知道你久有此意。
And these things hast thou hid in thine heart: I know that this is with thee.

我若犯罪，你就察看我，并不原谅我的罪孽。
如果我犯罪，那么你就记录我，不要原谅我的罪过。
我若犯罪，你就察看我，并不赦免我的罪孽。
If I sin, then thou markest me, and thou wilt not acquit me from mine iniquity.

我若行恶，便有了祸；我若为义，也不敢抬头，我是满了羞愧，因此，求你看我的苦情。
如果我是邪恶的，我就有祸了；如果我是正直的，我却不能抬起头来。我满了羞辱；因此，你看我的苦情吧；
我若行恶，便有了祸；我若为义，也不敢抬头，正是满心羞愧，眼见我的苦情。
If I be wicked, woe unto me; and if I be righteous, yet will I not lift up my head. I am full of confusion; therefore see thou mine affliction;

我若昂首自得，你就追捕我如狮子，又在我身上显出不可思议之能。
因它增加了。你追捕我就像一只凶猛的狮子；你在我身上再次把你自己显得奇异。
我若昂首自得，你就追捕我如狮子，又在我身上显出奇能。
For it increaseth. Thou huntest me as a fierce lion: and again thou shewest thyself marvellous upon me.

你重立见证攻击我，向我加增恼怒，更换着攻击我。
你更新了你针对我的见证，又向我增加你的愤怒；变化和争战都是在针对我。
你重立见证攻击我，向我加增恼怒，如军兵更换着攻击我。
Thou renewest thy witnesses against me, and increasest thine indignation upon me; changes and war are against me.

你为什么使我出子宫呢？不如我交出灵，无眼看见我！
那你为什么带我出子宫呢？哦，我已经交出了魄，并且没有眼见过我！
“你为何使我出母胎呢？不如我当时气绝，无人得见我；
Wherefore then hast thou brought me forth out of the womb? Oh that I had given up the ghost, and no eye had seen me!

这样，就如没有我一般，一出子宫就被送入坟墓。
我要是没有存在过就好了；我要是一出子宫就到坟墓就好了。
这样，就如没有我一般，一出母胎就被送入坟墓。
I should have been as though I had not been; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.

我的日子不是很少吗？停止，别管我，叫我可以稍得畅快，
我的日子不是很少吗？停止吧，别管我，让我可以得到一点安慰，
我的日子不是甚少吗？求你停手宽容我，叫我在往而不返之先，就是往黑暗和死荫之地以先，可以稍得畅快。
Are not my days few? cease then, and let me alone, that I may take comfort a little,

就是在去而不回之前，在往黑暗和死荫之地去以前；
在我去到那不复返之前，就是去到那黑暗和死之阴影的土地之前；
Before I go whence I shall not return, even to the land of darkness and the shadow of death;

那是一片黑暗之地，如黑暗自己；是死荫无秩序之地，那里的光如黑暗。
那是一片黑暗的土地，就像黑暗本身；是死之阴影，没有任何秩序的地，在那里光就像黑暗。
那地甚是幽暗，是死荫混沌之地；那里的光好像幽暗。”
A land of darkness, as darkness itself; and of the shadow of death, without any order, and where the light is as darkness.
