耶稣在一个地方祷告；当他祷告完了，他的一个门徒对他说，主，教导我们祷告，像约翰教导他的门徒们。
这样发生了，耶稣在一个地方请求，当他结束时，他的一个门徒对他说，主，教导我们请求吧，像约翰教导他的门徒们一样。
耶稣在一个地方祷告；祷告完了，有个门徒对他说：“求主教导我们祷告，像约翰教导他的门徒。”
And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.

他对他们说，你们祷告的时候，要说，我们在天上的父，愿人都尊你的名为圣，愿你的国到来，愿你的旨意行在地上，如同行在天上。
他就对他们说，当你们请求的时候，说，我们在天里的父亲，你的名是圣洁的。你的王国来到。你的意愿怎样在天里被成就，在这地里也怎样。
耶稣说：“你们祷告的时候，要说：‘我们在天上的父（有古卷作“父啊”），愿人都尊你的名为圣。愿你的国降临；愿你的旨意行在地上，如同行在天上（有古卷没有“愿你的旨意…”）。
And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.

我们日用的饮食，天天给我们。
我们每天的饼，天天都给我们。
我们日用的饮食，天天赐给我们。
Give us day by day our daily bread.

原谅我们的罪，因为我们也原谅凡亏欠我们的人。不带领我们进入试探，救我们脱离凶恶。
原谅我们的众罪；因我们也原谅每个亏欠我们的人。不领我们进入试探；而是拯救我们脱离坏事。
赦免我们的罪，因为我们也赦免凡亏欠我们的人。不叫我们遇见试探；救我们脱离凶恶（有古卷没有末句）。’”
And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.

他对他们说，你们中间谁有一个朋友，半夜到他那里去，对他说，朋友，请借给我三个饼；
他又对他们说，你们中间谁有一个朋友，半夜到他那里去，然后对他说，朋友，借给我三个面包；
耶稣又说：“你们中间谁有一个朋友半夜到他那里去，说：‘朋友！请借给我三个饼；
And he said unto them, Which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves;

因为我的一个朋友行路，来到我这里，我没有什么给他摆上。
因我的一个朋友在他旅程中，来到我这里，我没有什么能摆在他面前。
因为我有一个朋友行路，来到我这里，我没有什么给他摆上。’
For a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him?

那人在里面回答说，不要搅扰我，门已经关闭，孩子们也和我在床上了，我不能起来给你。
然后那人从里面回答说，不要为难我；门已经关了，孩子们也和我在床上了；我不能起来给你。
那人在里面回答说：‘不要搅扰我，门已经关闭，孩子们也同我在床上了，我不能起来给你。’
And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not: the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give thee.

我对你们说，虽不因他是朋友起来给他，但因他强求，就必起来照他所需用的给他。
我对你们说，即使他不因他是朋友而起来给他，然而因为他的迫切性，他也要起来照他需要的给他。
我告诉你们，虽不因他是朋友起来给他，但因他情词迫切地直求，就必起来照他所需用的给他。
I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth.

我对你们说，祈求，就给你们；寻找，就寻见；叩门，就给你们开门。
我对你们说，要，就会把它给你们；寻找，你们就会找到；敲门，门就会给你们打开。
我又告诉你们，你们祈求，就给你们；寻找，就寻见；叩门，就给你们开门。
And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

因为，凡祈求的，就得着；寻找的，就寻见；叩门的，就给他开门。
因每一个人要，就会得到；他寻找就会找到；敲门的人，门就会给他打开。
因为，凡祈求的，就得着；寻找的，就寻见；叩门的，就给他开门。
For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

你们中间作父亲的，哪有儿子求饼，反给他石头呢？求鱼，反拿蛇当鱼给他呢？
你们中间作父亲的，如果一个儿子要饼，他会把一块石头给他吗？或者如果他要一条鱼，他会给他一条蛇当鱼吗？
你们中间作父亲的，谁有儿子求饼，反给他石头呢？求鱼，反拿蛇当鱼给他呢？
If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?

求鸡蛋，反给他蝎子呢？
或者如果他要一个鸡蛋，他会提供一只蝎子给他吗？
求鸡蛋，反给他蝎子呢？
Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?

你们虽然邪恶，尚且知道拿好礼物给你们的儿女；何况你们的天父，不更将圣灵给求他的人吗？
那么，如果你们作为坏人，都知道怎么把好的礼物给你们的孩子们；何况你们属天的父亲，难道不会把神圣之灵给那些向他要的人吗？
你们虽然不好，尚且知道拿好东西给儿女；何况天父，岂不更将圣灵给求他的人吗？”
If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

耶稣赶出一个叫人哑巴的魔鬼，魔鬼出去了，哑巴就说出话来；众人都惊讶。
然后耶稣赶出去了一个魔鬼，它是哑巴。这样发生了，当这魔鬼出去时，哑巴就讲话；人民都惊奇。
耶稣赶出一个叫人哑巴的鬼；鬼出去了，哑巴就说出话来；众人都希奇。
And he was casting out a devil, and it was dumb. And it came to pass, when the devil was gone out, the dumb spake; and the people wondered.

但有人说，他是靠着鬼王别西卜赶出魔鬼。
但他们一些人说，他是通过众魔鬼的首领比尔泽巴布赶出魔鬼的。
内中却有人说：“他是靠着鬼王别西卜赶鬼。”
But some of them said, He casteth out devils through Beelzebub the chief of the devils.

又有人试探耶稣，求他从天上显个迹象。
然后其他人就试探耶稣，要从他那里寻找一个天上的迹象。
又有人试探耶稣，向他求从天上来的神迹。
And others, tempting him, sought of him a sign from heaven.
- 17
但他知道他们的想法，便对他们说，凡一国自相纷争，就成为荒场；凡一家自相纷争，就必败落。
但他知道他们的想法，就对他们说，每一个王国自相纷争，就会成为荒凉；一家自相纷争，就会败落。
他晓得他们的意念，便对他们说：“凡一国自相纷争，就成为荒场；凡一家自相纷争，就必败落。
But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth.

若撒但自相纷争，他的国怎能站得住呢？因为你们说我是靠着别西卜赶出魔鬼。
如果撒但也自相纷争，他的王国怎么能站立？因为你们说我是通过比尔泽巴布赶出魔鬼的。
若撒但自相纷争，他的国怎能站得住呢？因为你们说我是靠着别西卜赶鬼。
If Satan also be divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? because ye say that I cast out devils through Beelzebub.

我若靠着别西卜赶出魔鬼，你们的儿子们赶鬼又靠着谁呢？因此，他们就要成为你们的审判官。
我如果借着比尔泽巴布赶出魔鬼，你们的众子赶出他们又借着谁？因此，他们会成为你们的审判官。
我若靠着别西卜赶鬼，你们的子弟赶鬼又靠着谁呢？这样，他们就要断定你们的是非。
And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your sons cast them out? therefore shall they be your judges.

我若靠着神的指头赶出魔鬼，这无疑就是神的国临到你们了。
但如果我用神的指头赶出魔鬼，无疑，神的王国来到你们身上了。
我若靠着 神的能力赶鬼，这就是 神的国临到你们了。
But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you.

壮士披挂整齐，看守自己的住宅，他所有的都平安无事；
当一个强壮的人武装好了看守他的宫殿，他的物品就都有和平；
壮士披挂整齐，看守自己的住宅，他所有的都平安无事；
When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace:
- 22
但有一个比他更壮的来，胜过他，就夺去他所信靠的盔甲、武器，又分了他的掠物。
但当有一个比他更强壮的来到他那里，并胜过他，他就从他夺走他信靠的所有盔甲，又分他的战利品。
但有一个比他更壮的来，胜过他，就夺去他所倚靠的盔甲兵器，又分了他的赃。
But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils.

不和我一起的，就是反对我的；不与我聚集的，就是分散的。
不和我在一起的，他就是针对我的；不与我一起聚集的，他就是分散的。
不与我相合的，就是敌我的；不同我收聚的，就是分散的。”
He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.

不洁净的灵离了人身，就走过干地，寻找安息；既寻不着，他就说，我要回到我所出来的屋里去。
当不洁净的灵从一个人里面走出去时，他就走过干地，寻找休息；然后没找到，他就说，我要回去我出来的房子。
“污鬼离了人身，就在无水之地过来过去，寻求安歇之处；既寻不着，便说：‘我要回到我所出来的屋里去。’
When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out.

到了，就看见里面打扫干净，修饰好了，
当他来到，他发现里面打扫干净并修饰好了。

And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished.

便去另带了七个比自己更恶的灵来，都进去住在那里。那人后来的景况比之前更不好了。
于是他就去，又带了另外七个比他自己更邪恶的灵来；他们都进去住在那里；那人最后的景况比最初更糟糕了。
便去另带了七个比自己更恶的鬼来，都进去住在那里。那人末后的景况比先前更不好了。”
Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.

耶稣正说这话的时候，众人中间有一个女人大声对耶稣说，怀你的子宫和你所吸的双乳是有福的。
这样发生了，他正在说这些事情，团体中的一个女人提高她的声音，对他说，怀你的子宫和乳养你的双乳是有福的。
耶稣正说这话的时候，众人中间有一个女人大声说：“怀你胎的和乳养你的有福了！”
And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.

但他说，是的，却还不如听神的道而持守的人有福。
但他说，是的，却还不如那些听神的话，又持守它的人有福。
耶稣说：“是，却还不如听 神之道而遵守的人有福。”
But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

当众人聚集成群的时候，耶稣开始说，这是一个罪恶的世代，他们求看迹象，除了先知约拿的迹象以外，再没有迹象给他们看。
当人民密集地聚集到一起时，他就开始说，这是一个坏世代；他们寻找一个迹象；除了预言者约拿斯的迹象以外，没有迹象给它。
当众人聚集的时候，耶稣开讲说：“这世代是一个邪恶的世代。他们求看神迹，除了约拿的神迹以外，再没有神迹给他们看。
And when the people were gathered thick together, he began to say, This is an evil generation: they seek a sign; and there shall no sign be given it, but the sign of Jonas the prophet.

正如约拿是给尼尼微人的一个迹象，人子也照样是给这世代的一个迹象。
因就像约拿斯是给尼尼微人的一个迹象，人的儿子也照样会是给这个世代的一个迹象。
约拿怎样为尼尼微人成了神迹，人子也要照样为这世代的人成了神迹。
For as Jonas was a sign unto the Ninevites, so shall also the Son of man be to this generation.
- 31
当审判的时候，南方的女王要与这世代的人一同起来，并定他们的罪；因为她从地极而来，要听所罗门的智慧。看啊，在这里有一人比所罗门更大。
南方的女王会在判决中跟这世代的人一起起来，并刑罚他们；因她从这地极远的各部分而来，为要听所罗门的智慧；看啊，一个比所罗门更大的就在这里。
当审判的时候，南方的女王要起来定这世代的罪；因为她从地极而来，要听所罗门的智慧话。看哪，在这里有一人比所罗门更大。
The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation, and condemn them: for she came from the utmost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.

当审判的时候，尼尼微人要与这世代的人一同起来，并定他们的罪，因为尼尼微人听了约拿所传的就悔改了。看啊，在这里有一人比约拿更大。
尼尼微人要在判决中跟这世代一起起来，并刑罚它；因他们因约拿斯的传讲就悔改了；看啊，一个比约拿斯更大的就在这里。
当审判的时候，尼尼微人要起来定这世代的罪，因为尼尼微人听了约拿所传的就悔改了。看哪，在这里有一人比约拿更大。”
The men of Nineve shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here.

没有人点灯放在隐密处，或是斗底下，总是放在灯台上，使进来的人看见亮光。
没有人，当他点了一盏灯就把它放在秘密的地方，也不会放在斗底下，而是放在灯台上，使进来的人可以看见光。
“没有人点灯放在地窨子里，或是斗底下，总是放在灯台上，使进来的人得见亮光。
No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light.

身上的光就是眼睛，因此，当你的眼睛专一，你的全身也就满了光；但当你眼睛邪恶，你的身体也就满了黑暗。
身体的光就是眼睛；因此，当你的眼睛单一，你的整个身体也满了光；而当你的眼睛是坏的，你的身体也满了黑暗。
你眼睛就是身上的灯。你的眼睛若了亮，全身就光明；眼睛若昏花，全身就黑暗。
The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.

所以，你要谨慎，好叫你里头的光毫无黑暗。
因此要谨慎，使你里面的光不成为黑暗。
所以，你要省察，恐怕你里头的光或者黑暗了。
Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.
- 36
因此，如果你全身满了光，毫无黑暗，全身就必满了光，如同灯的明亮把光给你。
因此如果你的整个身体充满光，没有黑暗的部分，全身就会充满光，就如当一盏灯的明亮把光给你。
若是你全身光明，毫无黑暗，就必全然光明，如同灯的明光照亮你。”
If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.

说话的时候，有一个法利赛人请耶稣和他吃饭，他就进去坐席。
在他说的时候，有一个法利赛人恳请耶稣去和他一起吃饭；他就进去坐下进食。
说话的时候，有一个法利赛人请耶稣同他吃饭，耶稣就进去坐席。
And as he spake, a certain Pharisee besought him to dine with him: and he went in, and sat down to meat.

这法利赛人看见耶稣饭前不洗手便诧异。
当那法利赛人看见这事，他就对他饭前不先洗手感到奇怪。
这法利赛人看见耶稣饭前不洗手便诧异。
And when the Pharisee saw it, he marvelled that he had not first washed before dinner.
- 39
主对他说，现在你们法利赛人洗净杯盘的外面，你们里面却满了贪婪和邪恶。
然后主对他说，现在你们法利赛人使杯盘的外面洁净；但你们里面满了争夺和邪恶。
主对他说：“如今你们法利赛人洗净杯盘的外面，你们里面却满了勒索和邪恶。
And the Lord said unto him, Now do ye Pharisees make clean the outside of the cup and the platter; but your inward part is full of ravening and wickedness.

无知的人哪，造外面的，不也造里面吗？
你们愚蠢的人，那造外面的，他不也造里面？
无知的人哪，造外面的，不也造里面吗？
Ye fools, did not he that made that which is without make that which is within also?
- 41
只要把你有的施舍给人，看啊，凡物于你们就都洁净了。
只要把你们有的东西施舍了；看啊，所有的东西对你们都洁净了。
只要把里面的施舍给人，凡物于你们就都洁净了。
But rather give alms of such things as ye have; and, behold, all things are clean unto you.

你们法利赛人有祸了，因为你们将薄荷、芸香并各样蔬菜献上十分之一，那公义和爱神的事反倒不作了。这些是你们应当作的；也不要留下其他的不作。
但你们有祸了，法利赛人！因你们把薄荷和芸香并各样药草献上什一，却越过了判决和神的爱；这些都是你们应该去完成的，并且不要留下其它的不做。
“你们法利赛人有祸了！因为你们将薄荷、芸香并各样菜蔬献上十分之一，那公义和爱 神的事反倒不行了。这原是你们当行的；那也是不可不行的。
But woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love of God: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
- 43
你们法利赛人有祸了，因为你们喜爱会堂里的高位，又喜爱人在街市上问你们的安。
你们有祸了，法利赛人！因为你们爱会堂里的最高位，又爱市场上的问侯。
你们法利赛人有祸了！因为你们喜爱会堂里的首位，又喜爱人在街市上问你们的安。
Woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye love the uppermost seats in the synagogues, and greetings in the markets.

你们这假冒伪善的文士和法利赛人有祸了，因为你们如同不显露的坟墓，走在上面的人并不知道。
你们有祸了，众抄写员和法利赛人，伪善者们！因你们就像不显露的坟墓，走在上面的人并没有察觉到它们。
你们有祸了！因为你们如同不显露的坟墓，走在上面的人并不知道。”
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are as graves which appear not, and the men that walk over them are not aware of them.

律法师中有一个回答他说，师傅，你这样说也把我们污辱了。
于是律师中有一个回答他说，师傅，你这样说也责备我们了。
律法师中有一个回答耶稣说：“夫子！你这样说也把我们糟蹋了。”
Then answered one of the lawyers, and said unto him, Master, thus saying thou reproachest us also.

耶稣说，你们律法师也有祸了，因为你们把难担的担子放在人身上，自己一个指头也不愿意动。
他就说，你们也有祸了，律师！因你们用极重的担子人们去背负，你们自己的一个指头都不碰这担子。
耶稣说：“你们律法师也有祸了！因为你们把难担的担子放在人身上，自己一个指头却不肯动。
And he said, Woe unto you also, ye lawyers! for ye lade men with burdens grievous to be borne, and ye yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers.

你们有祸了，因为你们修造众先知的坟墓，正是你们的父辈杀了他们。
你们有祸了！因你们建造众预言者的坟墓，并且你们的父辈杀了他们。
你们有祸了！因为你们修造先知的坟墓，那先知正是你们的祖宗所杀的。
Woe unto you! for ye build the sepulchres of the prophets, and your fathers killed them.

你们的确作见证，你们认可你们父辈所作的；因为他们的确杀了众先知，你们又建造他们的坟墓。
你们确实作见证，你们认可你们父辈的行为；因他们的确杀了他们，你们又建造他们的坟墓。
可见你们祖宗所做的事，你们又证明又喜欢；因为他们杀了先知，你们修造先知的坟墓。
Truly ye bear witness that ye allow the deeds of your fathers: for they indeed killed them, and ye build their sepulchres.

所以，神的智慧曾说，我要差众先知和众使徒到他们那里去，有的他们要杀害和逼迫。
因此，神的智慧也说过，我要派众预言者和众使徒到他们那里去，他们会杀死和迫害他们中的一些；
所以 神用智慧（用智慧：或译的智者）曾说：‘我要差遣先知和使徒到他们那里去，有的他们要杀害，有的他们要逼迫’，
Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they shall slay and persecute:

使创世以来所流众先知的血都要问在这世代身上，
使众预言者的血，就是从这世界的根基以来就被流的，可以向这个世代追讨；
使创世以来所流众先知血的罪都要问在这世代的人身上，
That the blood of all the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required of this generation;
- 51
就是从亚伯的血起，直到被杀在坛和殿中间撒迦利亚的血为止。我实在对你们说，这都要问在这世代身上。
从阿伯尔的血，直到在坛和殿中间灭亡的撒迦利亚的血；我实在对你们说，这都会向这世代追讨。
就是从亚伯的血起，直到被杀在坛和殿中间撒迦利亚的血为止。我实在告诉你们，这都要问在这世代的人身上。
From the blood of Abel unto the blood of Zacharias which perished between the altar and the temple: verily I say unto you, It shall be required of this generation.

你们律法师有祸了，因为你们把知识的钥匙夺了去，自己不进去，正要进去的人你们也阻挡他们。
你们有祸了，律师！因你们把知识的钥匙拿走了；你们自己不进去，那些正在进去的人你们阻挡。
你们律法师有祸了！因为你们把知识的钥匙夺了去，自己不进去，正要进去的人你们也阻挡他们。”
Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.

因为他向他们说了这些事，文士和法利赛人就极力地催逼他，激动他说更多的事，
他正在对他们说这些事，众抄写员和法利赛人就开始极力地催逼他，要激动他去说许多事情；
耶稣从那里出来，文士和法利赛人就极力地催逼他，引动他多说话，
And as he said these things unto them, the scribes and the Pharisees began to urge him vehemently, and to provoke him to speak of many things:

私下窥听，要抓他的话柄，他们好控告耶稣。
给他设下埋伏，想要从他口中抓住些东西，使他们可以控告他。
私下窥听，要拿他的话柄。
Laying wait for him, and seeking to catch something out of his mouth, that they might accuse him.
