1. 1

   万军之耶和华说，看啊，我要差我的使者在我前面预备道路。你们所寻求的主必忽然进入他的殿；立约的使者，就是你们所仰慕的，看啊，他必来到。

   看啊，我要派出我的使者，并且他要在我前面准备道路；并且主，就是你们寻找的，会忽然进入他的殿；就是那立约的使者，你们喜悦的；看啊，他会来到，这是众军之主说的。

   万军之耶和华说：“我要差遣我的使者在我前面预备道路。你们所寻求的主必忽然进入他的殿；立约的使者，就是你们所仰慕的，快要来到。”

   Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the LORD, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.

2. 2

   他来的日子，谁能当得起呢？他显现的时候，谁能立得住呢？因为他如炼金之人的火，如漂洗之人的肥皂。

   但他来的日子，谁可以留下？当他显现的时候，谁会站立？因他像一把精炼者的火，又像漂洗者的肥皂；

   他来的日子，谁能当得起呢？他显现的时候，谁能立得住呢？因为他如炼金之人的火，如漂布之人的碱。

   But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap:

   他必坐下如炼净银子的，必洁净利未的众子，炼净他们像金银一样；他们就凭公义献祭给耶和华。

   并且他会坐下，像一个精炼者并银子的纯化器；他会纯化利未的众子，又像金子和银子一样净化他们，这样他们就可以在正义里祭祀给主一个祭品。

   他必坐下如炼净银子的，必洁净利未人，熬炼他们像金银一样；他们就凭公义献供物给耶和华。

   And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the LORD an offering in righteousness.

4. 4

   那时，犹大和耶路撒冷所献的祭必蒙耶和华悦纳，仿佛古时之日、上古之年。

   那时，犹大和耶路撒冷的祭品就会成为主喜悦的，像旧时的日子，又像以前的年岁。

   那时，犹大和耶路撒冷所献的供物必蒙耶和华悦纳，仿佛古时之日、上古之年。

   Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the LORD, as in the days of old, and as in former years.

   万军之耶和华说，我必临近你们，施行审判。我必迅速作见证，警诫行邪术的、犯奸淫的、起假誓的、亏负人之工价的、欺压寡妇孤儿的、屈枉寄居的，和不畏惧我的。

   众军之主说，我要为判决来靠近你们；并且我要迅速作见证，针对巫师，针对奸夫，针对发假誓的，并针对那些在报酬上压迫人的，又针对压迫寡妇和无父者的，还针对那些使外人转离他的正义的，以及不畏惧我的。

   万军之耶和华说：“我必临近你们，施行审判。我必速速作见证，警戒行邪术的、犯奸淫的、起假誓的、亏负人之工价的、欺压寡妇孤儿的、屈枉寄居的，和不敬畏我的。”

   And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the LORD of hosts.

   因我是耶和华，我不改变，所以你们雅各的众子没有消灭。

   因我是主，我不改变；因此你们这雅克布的众子才没有被消灭。

   “因我耶和华是不改变的，所以你们雅各之子没有灭亡。

   For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

7. 7

   万军之耶和华说，从你们父辈的日子以来，你们常常偏离我的典章而不遵守。现在你们要转向我，我就转向你们。你们却问说，我们如何才是转向呢？

   众军之主说，甚至从你们父辈的日子以来，你们就偏离了我的条例，而且没有持守它们。转向我吧，我就要转向你们。但你们说，我们要在哪方面转向？

   万军之耶和华说：从你们列祖的日子以来，你们常常偏离我的典章而不遵守。现在你们要转向我，我就转向你们。你们却问说：‘我们如何才是转向呢？’

   Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the LORD of hosts. But ye said, Wherein shall we return?

8. 8

   人难道可夺取神之物吗？你们竟抢夺我，你们却说，我们在何事上抢夺你呢？就是在十分之一和奉献上。

   一个人会抢劫神吗？然而你们就抢劫了我。你们却说，我们在哪方面抢劫了你？在什一和祭品里。

   人岂可夺取　神之物呢？你们竟夺取我的供物。你们却说：‘我们在何事上夺取你的供物呢？’就是你们在当纳的十分之一和当献的供物上。

   Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.

9. 9

   因你们通国的人都抢夺我，咒诅就临到你们身上。

   你们被一个咒诅所咒诅；因你们抢劫了我，甚至这整个国家。

   因你们通国的人都夺取我的供物，咒诅就临到你们身上。

   Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.

10. 10

    万军之耶和华说，你们要将十分之一全部送入仓库，使我家有粮，以此试试我，是否为你们敞开天上的窗户，倾福与你们，甚至无处可容。

    众军之主说，你们把所有什一都带进仓库里，使我家里可以有食物，并且现在以此试试我，看我是否会为你们打开天上的窗户，倾倒祝福给你们，以致没有足够的空间来接受它。

    万军之耶和华说：你们要将当纳的十分之一全然送入仓库，使我家有粮，以此试试我，是否为你们敞开天上的窗户，倾福与你们，甚至无处可容。

    Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

11. 11

    万军之耶和华说，我必为你们斥责吞噬者，不让它毁坏你们地的果子。你们田间的葡萄树在未熟之前也不掉果子。

    众军之主说，我又要为你们的缘故，斥责吞噬者，它就不会毁灭你们地面的果子；你们田野里的葡萄藤不到时候也不会丢掉她的果子。

    万军之耶和华说：我必为你们斥责蝗虫（原文是吞噬者），不容它毁坏你们的土产。你们田间的葡萄树在未熟之先也不掉果子。

    And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts.

12. 12

    万军之耶和华说，万国必称你们为有福的，因你们必成为喜乐的地。

    众军之主说，所有国家都要称你们是有福的；因你们会成为一片愉快的土地。

    万军之耶和华说：万国必称你们为有福的，因你们的地必成为喜乐之地。”

    And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the LORD of hosts.

13. 13

    耶和华说，你们用话顶撞我，你们还说，我们用什么话顶撞了你呢？

    主说，你们针对我的话语一直都顽固。你们还说，我们说了太多什么话针对你？

    耶和华说：“你们用话顶撞我，你们还说：‘我们用什么话顶撞了你呢？’

    Your words have been stout against me, saith the LORD. Yet ye say, What have we spoken so much against thee?

14. 14

    你们说，侍奉神是徒然的，遵守神所定的，在万军之耶和华面前哀恸行事，有什么益处呢？

    你们曾说，服务神是虚空的；持守他的条例，又在众军之主面前悲哀地行走，有什么益处？

    你们说：‘侍奉　神是徒然的，遵守　神所吩咐的，在万军之耶和华面前苦苦斋戒，有什么益处呢？

    Ye have said, It is vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance, and that we have walked mournfully before the LORD of hosts?

15. 15

    现在我们称狂傲为快乐；是的，并且行恶的人，他们被建立；是的，试探神的人，他们甚至得拯救。

    现在，我们称骄傲者为快乐；是的，那些做邪恶工作的，他们被设立起来；是的，那些试探神的，他们甚至被拯救。

    如今我们称狂傲的人为有福，并且行恶的人得建立；他们虽然试探　神，却得脱离灾难。’”

    And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered.

16. 16

    那时，他们畏惧耶和华的彼此谈论，耶和华侧耳而听，并有记念的书卷在他面前，记录那畏惧耶和华、思念他名的人。

    于是那些畏惧了主的人，他们常常彼此讲说；主就听见了，并且听了这事，还在他面前有一本记忆之书被记录下来，是为那些畏惧主的人，和那些想要他名的人。

    那时，敬畏耶和华的彼此谈论，耶和华侧耳而听，且有纪念册在他面前，记录那敬畏耶和华、思念他名的人。

    Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.

17. 17

    万军之耶和华说，在我预备珠宝的日子，他们必成为我的。我必怜恤他们，如同人怜恤服侍自己的儿子。

    众军之主说，在我预备珠宝的那天，他们会成为我的；并且我要饶恕他们，就像一个人饶恕服务自己的儿子那样。

    万军之耶和华说：“在我所定的日子，他们必属我，特特归我。我必怜恤他们，如同人怜恤服侍自己的儿子。

    And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.

18. 18

    那时你们必回去，将义人和恶人，侍奉神的和不侍奉神的，分别出来。

    那时，你们会回来，并分辨，就是在正义者和邪行者之间，服务神的人和不服务他的人之间分辨。

    那时你们必归回，将善人和恶人，侍奉　神的和不侍奉　神的，分别出来。”

    Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.
