The words of king Lemuel, the prophecy that his mother taught him.

我的儿啊，我子宫生的儿啊，我许愿得的儿啊。我当怎样教训你呢？
什么，我的儿子？还有什么，我子宫的儿子？还有什么，我誓言的儿子？
我的儿啊，我腹中生的儿啊，我许愿得的儿啊！我当怎样教训你呢？
What, my son? and what, the son of my womb? and what, the son of my vows?

不要将你的精力给女人；也不要有败坏君王的行为。
不要把你的强力给众女人，也不要把你的众道路给那毁灭众王的。
不要将你的精力给妇女；也不要有败坏君王的行为。
Give not thy strength unto women, nor thy ways to that which destroyeth kings.

利慕伊勒啊，君王喝酒，君王喝酒不相宜；王子喝浓酒也不相宜；
勒姆尔啊，这不是给众王的，喝酒不是给众王的；烈性饮品也不是给众王子的；
利慕伊勒啊，君王喝酒，君王喝酒不相宜；王子说浓酒在那里也不相宜；
It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes strong drink:

恐怕喝了就忘记律例，颠倒一切困苦人的是非。
以免他们喝，就忘记法律，又歪曲受折磨者的任何判决。

Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any of the afflicted.

可以把浓酒给将亡的人喝，把清酒给心里沉重的人喝，
把烈性饮品给那准备要灭亡的人，把酒给那些心里沉重的人。

Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts.

Let him drink, and forget his poverty, and remember his misery no more.

要在一切被指定要毁灭的人的案件里，为哑巴开你的口。

Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction.

Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.

她丈夫的心有把握地信靠她，所以他不会有战利品的需要；

The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.

她一生所有的日子都会对他做好事而不是坏事。

She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.

She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.

未到黎明她就起来，把食物分给家中的人，将当作的工分派女仆。

She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff.

她张手给贫穷人，伸手帮补有需要的人。
她向贫穷者伸出她的手；是的，她向有需要的人伸出她的双手。

She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy.

她不因下雪为家里的人担心，因为全家都穿着朱红衣服。

She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet.

Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.

Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.

说，才德的女儿们很多，唯独你超越她们。
许多女儿都做事有美德，但你比她们所有的都出众。
说：“才德的女子很多，惟独你超过一切！”
Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.

优雅是骗人的，美丽是虚空的；但一个畏惧耶和华的女人，她必被赞美。
喜爱是迷惑的，美丽是虚空的；但一个畏惧主的女人，她会被赞美。
艳丽是虚假的，美容是虚浮的；惟敬畏耶和华的妇女必得称赞。
Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.

愿她得她双手的果子；愿她的工作在城门内赞美她。
把她双手的果子给她；就让她自己的工作在众大门里赞美她。
愿她享受操作所得的；愿她的工作在城门口荣耀她。
Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.
