1. 1

   我爱耶和华，因为他听了我的声音和我的恳求。

   我爱主，因为他听了我的声音和我的众祈求。

   我爱耶和华，因为他听了我的声音和我的恳求。

   I love the LORD, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications.

2. 2

   因他向我侧耳，所以我一生要求告他。

   因为他向我倾了他的耳，因此只要我活着，我就要呼叫他。

   他既向我侧耳，我一生要求告他。

   Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live.

3. 3

   死亡的愁苦缠绕我，地狱的痛苦抓住我，我遭遇患难愁苦。

   死亡的悲伤围绕我，地狱的疼痛抓住我；我发现了困苦和悲伤。

   死亡的绳索缠绕我；阴间的痛苦抓住我；我遭遇患难愁苦。

   The sorrows of death compassed me, and the pains of hell gat hold upon me: I found trouble and sorrow.

   那时，我便求告耶和华的名: 耶和华啊，我求你救我的魂。

   那时，我就呼叫主的名；主啊，我恳请你，拯救我的魂。

   那时，我便求告耶和华的名，说：“耶和华啊，求你救我的灵魂！”

   Then called I upon the name of the LORD; O LORD, I beseech thee, deliver my soul.

   耶和华是有恩典的和公义的；是的，我们的神是怜悯的。

   主是恩典的和正义的；是的，我们的神是怜悯的。

   耶和华有恩惠，有公义；我们的　神以怜悯为怀。

   Gracious is the LORD, and righteous; yea, our God is merciful.

6. 6

   耶和华保护单纯的人；我落到卑微的地步，他帮助了我。

   主保护简单者；我被降低，他就帮助我。

   耶和华保护愚人；我落到卑微的地步，他救了我。

   The LORD preserveth the simple: I was brought low, and he helped me.

7. 7

   我的魂哪，要回归你的安息；因为耶和华慷慨待你。

   我的魂啊，回归到你的休息吧；因主以慷慨待你。

   我的心哪！你要仍归安乐，因为耶和华用厚恩待你。

   Return unto thy rest, O my soul; for the LORD hath dealt bountifully with thee.

8. 8

   因你救我的魂免了死亡，救我的眼免了流泪，救我的脚免了跌倒。

   因你已拯救我的魂脱离死亡，我的眼不再流泪，我的脚不再跌倒。

   主啊，你救我的命免了死亡，救我的眼免了流泪，救我的脚免了跌倒。

   For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.

9. 9

   我要在活人之地行在耶和华面前。

   我要在活人的土地里走在主面前。

   我要在耶和华面前行活人之路。

   I will walk before the LORD in the land of the living.

10. 10

    我信了，因此我说；我受了极大的困苦。

    我信了，因此我说；我受到极大地折磨；

    我因信，所以如此说话；“我受了极大的困苦。”

    I believed, therefore have I spoken: I was greatly afflicted:

    我曾急促地说: 人都是说谎的。

    我在我的匆忙中说，所有人都是说谎者。

    我曾急促地说：“人都是说谎的！”

    I said in my haste, All men are liars.

12. 12

    我拿什么报答耶和华给我的一切好处？

    我拿什么报答主给我，他的所有福利？

    我拿什么报答耶和华向我所赐的一切厚恩？

    What shall I render unto the LORD for all his benefits toward me?

13. 13

    我要拿着拯救的杯，呼求耶和华的名。

    我要拿着拯救的杯，呼叫主的名。

    我要举起救恩的杯，称扬耶和华的名。

    I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the LORD.

14. 14

    我要在他众民面前向耶和华还我的愿。

    我现在要在他所有人民的同在中向主偿付我的誓言。

    我要在他众民面前向耶和华还我的愿。

    I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people.

15. 15

    在耶和华眼中，看他圣徒们的死极为宝贵。

    在主的视野里，他圣徒们的死是宝贵的。

    在耶和华眼中，看圣民之死极为宝贵。

    Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.

16. 16

    耶和华啊，我真是你的仆人；我是你的仆人，是你女仆的儿子。你已经解开我的绑索。

    主啊，我确实是你的仆人；我是你仆人，和你侍女的儿子；你已解开了我的捆绑。

    耶和华啊，我真是你的仆人；我是你的仆人，是你婢女的儿子。你已经解开我的绑索。

    O LORD, truly I am thy servant; I am thy servant, and the son of thine handmaid: thou hast loosed my bonds.

17. 17

    我要向你献上感谢的祭，又要求告耶和华的名。

    我要把感恩的牺牲物祭祀给你，并要呼叫主的名。

    我要以感谢为祭献给你，又要求告耶和华的名。

    I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the LORD.

18. 18

    我现在要在耶和华众民面前，向他还我的愿；

    我现在要在他所有人民的同在中向主偿付我的誓言，

    我要在他众民面前，在耶和华殿的院内，在耶路撒冷当中，向耶和华还我的愿。你们要赞美耶和华！

    I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people.

19. 19

    在耶和华家的院内，在耶路撒冷当中的啊，你们要赞美耶和华。

    耶路撒冷啊，在主家的众院子里，在你当中。你们赞美主吧。

    In the courts of the LORD's house, in the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye the LORD.
