   （上行之诗。）凡敬畏耶和华、遵行他道的人便为有福。

   （一首上行的歌。）畏惧主的人，走在他众道路里的人，每一个都是有福的。

   凡敬畏耶和华、遵行他道的人便为有福！

   (A Song of degrees.) Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways.

2. 2

   你必吃手中劳碌得来的；你必享福，事情顺利。

   因你会吃你手的劳动；你会快乐，你又会顺利。

   你要吃劳碌得来的；你要享福，事情顺利。

   For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.

   你妻子在你的内室，好像多结果子的葡萄树；你儿女围绕你的桌子，好像橄榄栽子。

   你的妻子会像你家旁边的一棵多果子的葡萄藤；你的孩子们会像橄榄树围绕着你的桌子。

   你妻子在你的内室，好像多结果子的葡萄树；你儿女围绕你的桌子，好像橄榄栽子。

   Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.

   看啊，敬畏耶和华的人必要这样蒙福。

   看啊，畏惧主的人会像这样蒙福。

   看哪，敬畏耶和华的人必要这样蒙福！

   Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.

5. 5

   耶和华必从锡安祝福你。你必一生一世看见耶路撒冷的好处。

   主会从锡安出来祝福你；你生命中所有的日子都会看见耶路撒冷的好处。

   愿耶和华从锡安赐福给你！愿你一生一世看见耶路撒冷的好处！

   The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.

6. 6

   你必看见你儿女的儿女。愿平安归于以色列。

   是的，你会看见你孩子们的孩子们，还有以色列身上的和平。

   愿你看见你儿女的儿女！愿平安归于以色列！

   Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children, and peace upon Israel.
