   （上行之诗。）耶和华啊，我从深处向你求告。

   （一首上行的歌。）主啊，我已在众深处向你哭喊。

   耶和华啊，我从深处向你求告！

   (A Song of degrees.) Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O LORD.

2. 2

   主啊，听我的声音: 愿你侧耳听我恳求的声音。

   主，听我的声音；让你的耳朵聆听我祈求的声音吧。

   主啊，求你听我的声音！愿你侧耳听我恳求的声音！

   Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.

   耶和华，你若究察罪孽，主啊，谁能站得住呢？

   主，你如果记录罪过，主啊，谁能站立？

   主耶和华啊，你若究察罪孽，谁能站得住呢？

   If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?

4. 4

   但在你有赦免之恩，要叫人畏惧你。

   但在你那里有原谅，使你可以被畏惧。

   但在你有赦免之恩，要叫人敬畏你。

   But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.

5. 5

   我等候耶和华，我的魂等候；我也仰望他的话。

   我等候主，我的魂等候，并且在他的话里我盼望。

   我等候耶和华，我的心等候；我也仰望他的话。

   I wait for the LORD, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope.

6. 6

   我的魂等候主，胜于守夜的等候早晨，我说，胜于守夜的等候早晨。

   我的魂为主守候，多过那些为早晨守望的人；我说，多过那些为早晨守望的人。

   我的心等候主，胜于守夜的，等候天亮，胜于守夜的，等候天亮。

   My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning.

   以色列要盼望耶和华: 因耶和华有怜悯，有丰盛的救赎。

   让以色列盼望主吧；因主那里有怜悯，并且丰盛的救赎在他那里。

   以色列啊，你当仰望耶和华！因他有慈爱，有丰盛的救恩。

   Let Israel hope in the LORD: for with the LORD there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption.

8. 8

   他必救赎以色列脱离他一切的罪孽。

   他会赎以色列脱离他所有的罪过。

   他必救赎以色列脱离一切的罪孽。

   And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
