   (To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.) O lord, thou hast searched me, and known me.

   我坐下，我起来，你都晓得；你从远处知道我的意念。

   你知道我的坐下和我的起来，你在远处就明白我的思想。

   我坐下，我起来，你都晓得；你从远处知道我的意念。

   Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.

   我行路，我躺卧，你都细察；你也深知我一切所行的。

   你围绕着我的路径和我的躺下，并熟悉我一切的道路。

   Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.

   耶和华啊，我舌头未出一字，但看啊，你全然知道。

   主啊，瞧，因我的舌头里还没有一句话，而你就全部都知道了。

   耶和华啊，我舌头上的话，你没有一句不知道的。

   For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.

   Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.

   Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.

   我往哪里去躲避你的灵？我往哪里逃、躲避你的面？

   我能离开你的灵走到哪里去？或者我能离开你的同在逃到哪里去？

   Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?

   我若升到天上，你在那里；我若在地狱下榻，你也在那里。

   如果我升到天上，你在那里；如果我把我的床放在地狱里，看啊，你在那里。

   我若升到天上，你在那里；我若在阴间下榻，你也在那里。

   If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.

   我若展开清晨的翅膀，飞到海的极处居住，

   如果我带着早晨的翅膀，住在海最远的各部分；

   我若展开清晨的翅膀，飞到海极居住，

   If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;

    就是在那里，你的手必引导我；你的右手也必扶持我。

    即使在那里，你的手也会领着我，你的右手也会扶持我。

    Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

    我若说: 黑暗必定遮蔽我，就是黑夜要作我周围的光；

    如果我说，黑暗一定会遮盖我；甚至夜也会成为我周围的光；

    我若说：“黑暗必定遮蔽我，我周围的亮光必成为黑夜”，

    If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.

    是的，黑暗也不能向你隐藏；黑夜却如白昼发亮。黑暗和光明，在你看都是一样。

    是的，黑暗不能向你隐藏；而夜晚会像白天明亮；黑暗和光明，对于你都一样。

    黑暗也不能遮蔽我，使你不见，黑夜却如白昼发亮。黑暗和光明，在你看都是一样。

    Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.

    因你已拥有了我的肺腑: 我在母腹中，你已覆庇我。

    因你已占有我的肾；在我母亲的子宫里，你已遮盖我。

    我的肺腑是你所造的；我在母腹中，你已覆庇我。

    For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.

    我要称谢你，因我受造奇妙可畏。你的作为奇妙，这是我心深知道的。

    我要赞美你；因我的被造是畏惧的并奇妙的；你的众工作是奇异的；这是我的魂深知的。

    我要称谢你，因我受造，奇妙可畏；你的作为奇妙，这是我心深知道的。

    I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

    我在暗中被造，在地的深处被联络；那时，我的形体并不向你隐藏。

    当我在隐秘里被造，在这地最底下的各部分里被奇妙地锻造时，我的实体没有向你隐藏。

    我在暗中受造，在地的深处被联络；那时，我的形体并不向你隐藏。

    My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.

    我未成形的体质，你的眼早已看见了；我被造的肢体尚未有其一，你都写在你的册上了。

    我的实体还没有完美，你的眼睛就早已看见；我所有的肢体，就是持续被塑造的，它们一个都还没有时，就被写在你的书里了。

    我未成形的体质，你的眼早已看见了；你所定的日子，我尚未度一日（或译：我被造的肢体尚未有其一），你都写在你的册上了。

    Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.

    神啊，你的意念向我何等宝贵。其数何等众多。

    神啊，你的思想对我多么宝贵！它们的数目是多么大！

    How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!

    我若数点，比海沙更多；我睡醒的时候，仍和你同在。

    如果我数算它们，它们的数目比沙更多；当我醒来时，我仍和你在一起。

    我若数点，比海沙更多；我睡醒的时候，仍和你同在。

    If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.

    神啊，你必要杀戮恶人；所以，你们好流人血的，离开我去吧。

    神啊，你一定会杀掉恶者；因此，你们流血的人，离开我吧。

    神啊，你必要杀戮恶人；所以，你们好流人血的，离开我去吧！

    Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: depart from me therefore, ye bloody men.

    因为他们说恶言顶撞你；你的仇敌也妄称你的名。

    因他们邪恶地说话攻击你，并且你的众敌人在虚空里用你的名。

    因为他们说恶言顶撞你；你的仇敌也妄称你的名。

    For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take thy name in vain.

    耶和华啊，恨恶你的，我岂不恨恶他们吗？那起来攻击你的，我岂不为他们悲哀吗？

    主啊，恨你的，我难道不恨他们？起来攻击你的，我难道不为他们忧愁？

    耶和华啊，恨恶你的，我岂不恨恶他们吗？攻击你的，我岂不憎嫌他们吗？

    Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?

22. 22

    我切切地仇恨他们，以他们为仇敌。

    我用无暇的仇恨恨他们；我把他们算为我的敌人。

    我切切地恨恶他们，以他们为仇敌。

    I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.

23. 23

    神啊，求你鉴察我，知道我的心思，试炼我，知道我的意念，

    神啊，鉴察我，并知道我的心；试炼我，并知道我的想法；

    神啊，求你鉴察我，知道我的心思，试炼我，知道我的意念，

    Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:

    看在我里面有什么恶行没有，引导我走永生的道路。

    看看在我里面是否有任何邪恶的道路，并在永远的道路上带领我。

    看在我里面有什么恶行没有，引导我走永生的道路。

    And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
