1. 1

   （大卫的诗，交给领唱。用丝弦的乐器。）为我义的神啊，我呼吁的时候，请听我。我在困苦中，你曾使我宽广；怜悯我，请听我的祷告。

   （大卫的一首诗，交给首席音乐人。用奈基拿琴。）我的正义的神啊，当我呼叫的时候，听我；当我在危难里，你拓宽了我；怜悯我，听我的祷告。

   显我为义的　神啊，我呼吁的时候，求你应允我！我在困苦中，你曾使我宽广；现在求你怜恤我，听我的祷告！

   (To the chief Musician on Neginoth, A Psalm of David.) Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness: thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer.

   人的儿子们啊，你们将我的尊荣变为羞辱要多久呢？你们喜爱虚妄，寻找虚假，要多久呢？细拉。

   你们人的儿子们啊，你们把我的荣耀转为羞愧要多久？你们爱虚空，寻求谎言，要多久？细拉。

   你们这上流人哪，你们将我的尊荣变为羞辱要到几时呢？你们喜爱虚妄，寻找虚假，要到几时呢？（细拉）

   O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into shame? how long will ye love vanity, and seek after leasing? Selah.

3. 3

   你们要知道，耶和华已经分别敬虔人归他自己；我求告耶和华，他必听我。

   但要知道主已分别了敬神的人归他自己；当我呼叫主时他会听。

   你们要知道，耶和华已经分别虔诚人归他自己；我求告耶和华，他必听我。

   But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him.

4. 4

   要站在敬畏里，不要犯罪；在床上要与你自己的心谈心，并要平静。细拉。

   要站在敬畏里，不要犯罪；在你们的床上与你们自己的心交流，又要平静。细拉。

   你们应当畏惧，不可犯罪；在床上的时候，要心里思想，并要肃静。（细拉）

   Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.

5. 5

   当献上公义的祭，又应当信靠耶和华。

   祭祀正义的牺牲物，并把你们的信靠放在主里。

   当献上公义的祭，又当倚靠耶和华。

   Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in the LORD.

6. 6

   有许多人说，谁能指示我们什么好处？耶和华啊，仰起脸来，光照我们。

   有许多人说，谁会向我们显出任何好事？主，请你在我们身上兴起你面容的光。

   有许多人说：“谁能指示我们什么好处？”耶和华啊，求你仰起脸来，光照我们。

   There be many that say, Who will shew us any good? LORD, lift thou up the light of thy countenance upon us.

7. 7

   你将快乐放在我的心里，胜过他们的谷物和他们的酒加增的时候。

   你已把高兴放在我心里，超过他们的谷和酒增加的时候。

   你使我心里快乐，胜过那丰收五谷新酒的人。

   Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased.

8. 8

   我必在平安中躺下睡觉，因为只有你耶和华，使我安然居住。

   我要平静地躺下睡觉；因唯独你，主，使我安全地居住。

   我必安然躺下睡觉，因为独有你耶和华使我安然居住。

   I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.
