（以东人多益来告诉扫罗说，大卫到了亚希米勒家。那时，大卫作这训诲诗，交给领唱。）勇士啊，你为何以作恶自夸？神的良善是常存的。
（当以东人多各来告诉扫尔，对他说，大卫到了亚希米勒家。那时，大卫作了一首教诲诗，交给首席音乐人。）大能的人啊，你为什么以毒害自夸？神的美好是一直坚持的。
勇士啊，你为何以作恶自夸？　神的慈爱是常存的。
(To the chief Musician, Maschil, A Psalm of David, when Doeg the Edomite came and told Saul, and said unto him, David is come to the house of Ahimelech.) Why boastest thou thyself in mischief, O mighty man? the goodness of God endureth continually.

你的舌头图谋邪恶，好像剃头刀，行事诡诈。
你的舌头策划毒害；像一把锋利的剃刀，欺骗地运作。
你的舌头邪恶诡诈，好像剃头刀，快利伤人。
Thy tongue deviseth mischiefs; like a sharp razor, working deceitfully.

你爱恶胜似爱善，又爱说谎，不爱说公义。细拉。
你爱坏事多过好事；说谎多过说正义。细拉。
你爱恶胜似爱善，又爱说谎，不爱说公义。（细拉）
Thou lovest evil more than good; and lying rather than to speak righteousness. Selah.

诡诈的舌头啊，你爱一切毁灭的话。
你这欺骗的舌头啊，你爱说一切吞灭的话。
诡诈的舌头啊，你爱说一切毁灭的话！
Thou lovest all devouring words, O thou deceitful tongue.

神也要毁灭你，直到永远；他要把你拿去，从你的住所中抽出，从活人之地将你连根拔出。细拉。
神也会同样永远毁灭你，他会把你拿走，从你住的地方拔出来，从活人的土地把你连根拔出来。细拉。
神也要毁灭你，直到永远；他要把你拿去，从你的帐棚中抽出，从活人之地将你拔出。（细拉）
God shall likewise destroy thee for ever, he shall take thee away, and pluck thee out of thy dwelling place, and root thee out of the land of the living. Selah.

义人也要看见，畏惧，并要笑他:
正义者也会看见，并畏惧，又会笑他；
义人要看见而惧怕，并要笑他，
The righteous also shall see, and fear, and shall laugh at him:
7
看，这就是那不以神为他力量的人，只倚仗他丰富的财物，在邪恶上坚固自己。
瞧，这就是那不让神成为他强力的人；却信靠他丰富的财物，并在他自己的邪恶里加强自己的人。
说：“看哪，这就是那不以　神为他力量的人，只倚仗他丰富的财物，在邪恶上坚立自己。”
Lo, this is the man that made not God his strength; but trusted in the abundance of his riches, and strengthened himself in his wickedness.

但我要像神家中的一棵青橄榄树: 我永永远远信靠神的怜悯。
但我就像神家里的一棵绿橄榄树；我永永远远信靠神的怜悯。
至于我，就像　神殿中的青橄榄树；我永永远远倚靠　神的慈爱。
But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God: I trust in the mercy of God for ever and ever.

我要赞美你，直到永远，因为你行了这事: 我要仰望你的名；因这名在你圣徒面前为美好。
我要永远赞美你，因为你做了这事；并且我要侍候你的名；因它在你的众圣徒面前是好的。
我要称谢你，直到永远，因为你行了这事。我也要在你圣民面前仰望你的名；这名本为美好。
I will praise thee for ever, because thou hast done it: and I will wait on thy name; for it is good before thy saints.
