   （大卫的诗，交给领唱。调用百合花。）神啊，救我。因为众水要淹没我的魂。

   （大卫的一首诗，交给首席音乐人，用述珊宁。）神啊，救我；因众水进来到我的魂中。

   神啊，求你救我！因为众水要淹没我。

   (To the chief Musician upon Shoshannim, A Psalm of David.) Save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto my soul.

2. 2

   我陷在深淤泥中，没有立脚之地；我到了深水中，大水漫过我身。

   我沉入深深的淤泥中，在那里没有立脚之处；我来到了众深水中，在那里众洪水漫过我。

   我陷在深淤泥中，没有立脚之地；我到了深水中，大水漫过我身。

   I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.

   我因呼求困乏，喉咙发干；我因等候我的神，眼睛失明。

   我因哭喊而困倦；我的喉咙发干；我等候我的神的时候，眼睛失明。

   我因呼求困乏，喉咙发干；我因等候　神，眼睛失明。

   I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.

4. 4

   无故恨我的，比我头发还多；无理与我为仇、要把我毁灭的，极其强盛。我没有拿走的，要叫我偿还。

   那些无故恨我的人，他们比我头上的发还多；那些错误地作了我的众敌人，要毁灭我的人，他们是大能的；于是我偿还了我没有拿走的。

   无故恨我的，比我头发还多；无理与我为仇、要把我剪除的，甚为强盛。我没有抢夺的，要叫我偿还。

   They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away.

   神啊，你知道我的愚昧；我的罪愆不能向你隐藏。

   神啊，你知道我的愚蠢；我的众罪也没有向你隐藏。

   神啊，我的愚昧，你原知道；我的罪愆不能隐瞒。

   O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my sins are not hid from thee.

6. 6

   万军的主耶和华啊，叫那等候你的，不要因我蒙羞。以色列的神啊，叫那寻求你的，不要因我受辱。

   众军的主神啊，等候你的人，不要让他们因我的缘故被羞愧；以色列的神啊，不要让那些寻求你的，因我的缘故被羞耻。

   万军的主耶和华啊，求你叫那等候你的，不要因我蒙羞！以色列的　神啊，求你叫那寻求你的，不要因我受辱！

   Let not them that wait on thee, O Lord GOD of hosts, be ashamed for my sake: let not those that seek thee be confounded for my sake, O God of Israel.

7. 7

   因我为你的缘故受了辱骂，满面羞愧。

   因为，我为你的缘故而背负了责备；羞愧遮盖了我的脸。

   因我为你的缘故受了辱骂，满面羞愧。

   Because for thy sake I have borne reproach; shame hath covered my face.

8. 8

   我的弟兄看我为外人；我母亲的儿女看我为外邦人。

   我对我的弟兄们成了一个外人，对我母亲的孩子们成了一个外国人。

   我的弟兄看我为外路人；我的同胞看我为外邦人。

   I am become a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother's children.

9. 9

   因我为你家的热心把我吞吃了，并且辱骂你之人的辱骂都落在我身上。

   因那为你家而发的热心把我吃掉了；并且那些辱骂你的人，他们的辱骂都落在了我身上。

   因我为你的殿心里焦急，如同火烧，并且辱骂你人的辱骂都落在我身上。

   For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me.

10. 10

    我哭泣，以禁食刻苦我的魂；这倒算为我的羞辱。

    当我哭泣，又以禁食管教我的魂时，那就是给我的责备。

    我哭泣，以禁食刻苦我心；这倒算为我的羞辱。

    When I wept, and chastened my soul with fasting, that was to my reproach.

11. 11

    我拿麻布当衣裳，就成了他们的笑谈。

    我让麻布成了我的服装；我对他们成了一个谚语。

    我拿麻布当衣裳，就成了他们的笑谈。

    I made sackcloth also my garment; and I became a proverb to them.

12. 12

    坐在城门口的说话攻击我；酒徒也以我为歌曲。

    那些坐在大门口的人说话针对我；我又是醉鬼们的歌曲。

    坐在城门口的谈论我；酒徒也以我为歌曲。

    They that sit in the gate speak against me; and I was the song of the drunkards.

13. 13

    耶和华啊，但我在悦纳的时候，向你祷告；神啊，在你的怜悯的丰盛中，在你的拯救的真理中，垂听我。

    但对我来说，主啊，在可以接受的时候，我的祷告归于你；神啊，在你许多的怜悯里，在你拯救的真理里，听我吧。

    但我在悦纳的时候，向你耶和华祈祷。　神啊，求你按你丰盛的慈爱，凭你拯救的诚实应允我！

    But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O LORD, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation.

14. 14

    拯救我出离淤泥，不叫我陷在其中；使我脱离那些恨我的人，使我出离深水。

    把我从淤泥中拯救出来，不要让我下沉；让我从那些恨我的人那里被拯救出来，并从众深水中出来吧。

    求你搭救我出离淤泥，不叫我陷在其中；求你使我脱离那些恨我的人，使我出离深水。

    Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters.

15. 15

    不让大水漫过我，不让深渊吞灭我，不让坑在我以上合口。

    不要让洪水漫过我，也不要让深处吞灭我，不要让坑在我身上关闭她的口。

    求你不容大水漫过我，不容深渊吞灭我，不容坑坎在我以上合口。

    Let not the waterflood overflow me, neither let the deep swallow me up, and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me.

16. 16

    耶和华啊，请听我。因为你的慈爱是良善的；按你温柔怜悯的丰盛转向我。

    主啊，听我；因你的慈爱是好的；按照你温柔怜悯的众多而转向我吧。

    耶和华啊，求你应允我！因为你的慈爱本为美好；求你按你丰盛的慈悲回转眷顾我！

    Hear me, O LORD; for thy lovingkindness is good: turn unto me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies.

17. 17

    不要掩面不顾你的仆人；我是在急难之中，请速速地听我。

    不要向你的仆人隐藏你的脸；因我在困苦中；迅速听我吧。

    不要掩面不顾你的仆人；我是在急难之中，求你速速地应允我！

    And hide not thy face from thy servant; for I am in trouble: hear me speedily.

18. 18

    亲近我的魂，救赎它。因我的仇敌拯救我。

    亲近我的魂，赎它；因为我的众敌人，拯救我吧。

    求你亲近我，救赎我！求你因我的仇敌把我赎回！

    Draw nigh unto my soul, and redeem it: deliver me because of mine enemies.

19. 19

    你知道我受的辱骂、欺凌、羞辱；我的敌人都在你面前。

    你已知道了我的责备，我的羞愧，我的耻辱；我的众仇敌都在你面前。

    你知道我受的辱骂、欺凌、羞辱；我的敌人都在你面前。

    Thou hast known my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all before thee.

20. 20

    辱骂破碎了我的心，我又满了忧愁。我指望有人同情，却没有一个；我指望有人安慰，却找不着一个。

    责备破碎了我的心；我又满了沉重；我寻找有人怜悯，却没有一个；又寻找安慰者，我却一个也找不着。

    辱骂伤破了我的心，我又满了忧愁。我指望有人体恤，却没有一个；我指望有人安慰，却找不着一个。

    Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: and I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none.

21. 21

    他们拿苦胆给我当食物；我渴了，他们拿醋给我喝。

    他们也拿苦胆给我当食物；并在我渴的时候，他们拿醋给我喝。

    他们拿苦胆给我当食物；我渴了，他们拿醋给我喝。

    They gave me also gall for my meat; and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.

22. 22

    愿他们的宴席在他们面前变为网罗，那应该使他们幸福的，叫它成为一个陷阱。

    让他们的宴席在他们面前成为网罗；那应该使他们幸福的，让它成为一个陷阱。

    愿他们的筵席在他们面前变为网罗，在他们平安的时候变为机槛。

    Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap.

23. 23

    愿他们的眼睛黑暗，不能看见；愿你使他们的腰不停地战抖。

    让他们的眼睛黑暗，使他们不能看见；并使他们的腰持续地摇动。

    愿他们的眼睛昏蒙，不得看见；愿你使他们的腰常常战抖。

    Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not; and make their loins continually to shake.

24. 24

    将你的恼恨倒在他们身上，叫你的烈怒抓住他们。

    把你的愤怒倒在他们身上，让你怒火中烧的气愤抓住他们。

    求你将你的恼恨倒在他们身上，叫你的烈怒追上他们。

    Pour out thine indignation upon them, and let thy wrathful anger take hold of them.

25. 25

    愿他们的住处变为荒场；愿他们的帐篷无人居住。

    让他们的住处荒凉；让他们的帐篷里无人居住。

    愿他们的住处变为荒场；愿他们的帐棚无人居住。

    Let their habitation be desolate; and let none dwell in their tents.

26. 26

    因为，你所击打的，他们就逼迫；你所击伤的，他们戏说他的愁苦。

    因为，他们迫害你击打的人；他们的谈论又增加了你打伤的人的忧伤。

    因为，你所击打的，他们就逼迫；你所击伤的，他们戏说他的愁苦。

    For they persecute him whom thou hast smitten; and they talk to the grief of those whom thou hast wounded.

27. 27

    愿你在他们的罪上加罪，不让他们进入你的义。

    在他们的罪过上加罪过；不要让他们进入你的正义。

    愿你在他们的罪上加罪，不容他们在你面前称义。

    Add iniquity unto their iniquity: and let them not come into thy righteousness.

28. 28

    愿他们从生命册上被涂抹，不能记录在义人之中。

    让他们从活人之书上被涂抹，又不和正义者一起被记录。

    愿他们从生命册上被涂抹，不得记录在义人之中。

    Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous.

29. 29

    但我是贫穷、忧伤的；神啊，愿你的救恩将我安置在高处。

    但我是贫穷和悲伤的；神啊，让你的拯救把我安置在高处吧。

    但我是困苦忧伤的；　神啊，愿你的救恩将我安置在高处。

    But I am poor and sorrowful: let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high.

30. 30

    我要以诗歌赞美神的名，以感谢称他为大。

    我要以一首歌赞美神的名，又要以感恩凸显他。

    我要以诗歌赞美　神的名，以感谢称他为大！

    I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.

31. 31

    这便叫耶和华喜悦，胜似献牛，或是献有角有蹄的公牛。

    这个也会使主喜悦，好过一只牛或有角有蹄的公牛。

    这便叫耶和华喜悦，胜似献牛，或是献有角有蹄的公牛。

    This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs.

32. 32

    谦卑的人看见了就喜乐；寻求神的人，愿你们的心存活。

    谦卑的人会看见这个，并高兴；寻找神的人，你们的心会活着。

    谦卑的人看见了就喜乐；寻求　神的人，愿你们的心苏醒。

    The humble shall see this, and be glad: and your heart shall live that seek God.

33. 33

    因为耶和华听了贫穷人，不藐视被囚的人。

    因主听贫穷者，并且不藐视他的众囚犯。

    因为耶和华听了穷乏人，不藐视被囚的人。

    For the LORD heareth the poor, and despiseth not his prisoners.

34. 34

    愿天和地、海洋和其中一切活动的都赞美他。

    让天和地，海洋和其中一切会动的都赞美他。

    愿天和地、洋海和其中一切的动物都赞美他！

    Let the heaven and earth praise him, the seas, and every thing that moveth therein.

35. 35

    因为神要拯救锡安，建造犹大的众城市；他们要在那里居住，得以为业。

    因神会拯救锡安，又会建造犹大的众城市；使他们可以住在那里，并拥有它作为拥有物。

    因为　神要拯救锡安，建造犹大的城邑；他的民要在那里居住，得以为业。

    For God will save Zion, and will build the cities of Judah: that they may dwell there, and have it in possession.

36. 36

    他众仆人的种子要承受为业；爱他名的人也要住在其中。

    他众仆人的种子也会继承它；那爱他名的人，他们会住在其中。

    他仆人的后裔要承受为业；爱他名的人也要住在其中。

    The seed also of his servants shall inherit it: and they that love his name shall dwell therein.
