（大卫的诗。）我的魂哪，要称颂耶和华；凡在我里面的，要称颂他的圣名。
（大卫的一首诗。）我的魂啊，祝福主吧；所有在我里面的，都祝福他神圣的名吧。
我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华！凡在我里面的，也要称颂他的圣名！
(A Psalm of David.) Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

我的魂哪，你要称颂耶和华，不能忘记他的一切恩惠。
我的魂啊，祝福主吧，不要忘记他的一切福利；
我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华！不可忘记他的一切恩惠！
Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

他赦免你的一切罪孽，医治你的一切疾病。
他原谅你的一切罪过；他又医治你的一切疾病；
他赦免你的一切罪孽，医治你的一切疾病。
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

他救赎你的命脱离毁灭，以仁爱和温柔的怜悯为你的冠冕。
他从毁灭中赎回了你的生命；他又以慈爱和温柔的众怜悯为你加冕；
他救赎你的命脱离死亡，以仁爱和慈悲为你的冠冕。
Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

他用美物使你口得以知足，以致你如鹰返老还童。
他用各样好事物满足你的口；以致你的年轻就像鹰的一样被更新了。
他用美物使你所愿的得以知足，以致你如鹰返老还童。
Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

耶和华施行公义，为一切受屈的人伸冤。
主为所有被压迫的人执行正义和判决。

The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

他使摩西知道他的道路，叫以色列人知道他的作为。
他使摩西知道了他的众道路，又使以色列孩子们知道了他的行为。
他使摩西知道他的法则，叫以色列人晓得他的作为。
He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

耶和华有怜悯，有恩典，慢慢地发怒，并有丰盛的怜悯。
主是有怜悯和恩典的，是慢慢生气的，又有丰盛的怜悯。
耶和华有怜悯，有恩典，不轻易发怒，且有丰盛的慈爱。
The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

他不长久责备，也不永远怀怒。
他不会总是责骂；他也不会永远保留他的气愤。

He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.

他没有按我们的罪过待我们，也没有照我们的罪孽报应我们。
他没有以我们的众罪待我们；也没有按照我们的罪过报应我们。

He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

天离地何等地高，他的怜悯向敬畏他的人也是何等地大。
因天是怎样高过这地，他的怜悯向畏惧他的人也是怎样大。
天离地何等的高，他的慈爱向敬畏他的人也是何等的大！
For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.

东离西有多远，他叫我们的过犯离我们也有多远。
东离西怎样远，他让我们的违犯离我们也是怎样远。

As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

父亲怎样怜恤他的儿女，耶和华也怎样怜敬畏惧他的人。
就像一个父亲顾惜他的孩子们，主也是这样顾惜畏惧他的人。
父亲怎样怜恤他的儿女，耶和华也怎样怜恤敬畏他的人！
Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.

因为他知道我们的本体，记念我们不过是尘土。
因为他知道我们的框架；他记得我们是尘土。
因为他知道我们的本体，思念我们不过是尘土。
For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.

至于人，他的年日如草一样。他发旺如野地的花，
至于人，他的日子就像草一样；田野的一朵花怎样，他的兴旺也怎样。
至于世人，他的年日如草一样。他发旺如野地的花，
As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.

经风一吹，便归无有；它的原处也不再认识它。
因为风一吹它，它就走了；它的地方也不再知道它。

For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.

但耶和华的怜悯归于敬畏他的人，从亘古到永远；他的公义也归于孩子的孩子；
但主的怜悯在畏惧他的人身上，从永远到永远；他的正义也归于孩子们的孩子们；
但耶和华的慈爱归于敬畏他的人，从亘古到永远；他的公义也归于子子孙孙，
But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;

就是那些遵守他的约、记念他的诫命而遵行的人。
就是那些持守他的契约，并记住他的诫命去做它们的人。
就是那些遵守他的约、记念他的训词而遵行的人。
To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

耶和华在诸天上预备了他的宝座；他的国统管万有。
主在众天上准备了他的王座；他的王国管理一切。
耶和华在天上立定宝座；他的权柄（原文是国）统管万有。
The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.
- 20
他的众天使啊，要称颂耶和华，就是力量上更卓越，遵行他的诫命，听从他话的声音的。
祝福主吧，你们-他的众天使，就是在强力上突出，行他的诫命并听取他话的声音的。
听从他命令、成全他旨意、有大能的天使，都要称颂耶和华！
Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

你们都要称颂耶和华，他的众军；他的众仆人，就是行他喜悦的。
你们都祝福主吧，你们-所有他的军队；还有你们-所有他的服侍者，就是做他的喜悦之事的。
你们作他的诸军，作他的仆役，行他所喜悦的，都要称颂耶和华！
Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.

在他所统治的各处，他的一切工作，都要称颂耶和华；我的魂哪，你要称颂耶和华。
在他统领权的所有地方，他的所有工作，都祝福主吧；我的魂啊，祝福主吧。
你们一切被他造的，在他所治理的各处，都要称颂耶和华！我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华！
Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.
