   （大卫的诗。）不要为作恶的心怀不平，也不要向那行不义的，生出嫉妒。

   （大卫的一首诗。）不要因为做坏事者使你自己烦躁，你也不要妒忌罪过的工作者。

   不要为作恶的心怀不平，也不要向那行不义的生出嫉妒。

   (A Psalm of David.) Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity.

2. 2

   因为他们如草快被割下，又如青菜快要枯干。

   因他们会像草一样，不久就会被割下，又像绿药草枯干。

   因为他们如草快被割下，又如青菜快要枯干。

   For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb.

3. 3

   信靠耶和华而行善，你就必住在这地中，你实在必得喂养；

   信靠主，并做好事；这样你就会住在这土地里，并且确实会被喂养。

   你当倚靠耶和华而行善，住在地上，以他的信实为粮；

   Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.

4. 4

   又要以耶和华为乐，他就将你心里渴望的给你。

   你自己也要在主里喜悦；他就会把你心的渴望给你。

   又要以耶和华为乐，他就将你心里所求的赐给你。

   Delight thyself also in the LORD: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

5. 5

   当将你的道路交托耶和华，并信靠他，他就必成全。

   把你的道路交托给主；也要信靠他；他就会使它实现。

   当将你的事交托耶和华，并倚靠他，他就必成全。

   Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

6. 6

   他要使你的公义，如光发出，使你的公平，如同正午。

   他会像光一样发出你的正义；并像正午一样发出你的判决。

   他要使你的公义如光发出，使你的公平明如正午。

   And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.

7. 7

   你当安息在耶和华里，耐性等候他；不要因那道路通达的，和那恶谋成就的，心怀不平。

   在主里休息，耐心等候他；不要因为在他自己道路中兴盛的那人，也不要因邪恶计谋实现的那人，而使自己烦躁。

   你当默然倚靠耶和华，耐性等候他；不要因那道路通达的和那恶谋成就的心怀不平。

   Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

   当止住怒气，离弃忿怒。无论如何不要心怀不平，以致作恶。

   停止生气，放弃怒火；无论如何都不要自己烦躁而去做坏事。

   当止住怒气，离弃忿怒；不要心怀不平，以致作恶。

   Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.

   因为作恶的必被剪除；唯有等候耶和华的必承受这地。

   因做坏事者会被剪除；而那些侍候主的，他们会继承这地。

   因为作恶的必被剪除；惟有等候耶和华的必承受地土。

   For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.

10. 10

    还有片时，恶人要归于无有。你就是细察他的住处，也要归于无有。

    因还有一点时候，恶者就会不在了；是的，你要殷勤地考虑他的位置，它会不在了。

    还有片时，恶人要归于无有；你就是细察他的住处也要归于无有。

    For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.

    但温柔的人必承受这地，以丰盛的平安为乐。

    但那温柔的人会继承这地；又会在和平的充足里使自己喜悦。

    但谦卑人必承受地土，以丰盛的平安为乐。

    But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.

    恶人设谋害义人，又向他咬牙。

    恶者图谋针对公正者，又向他咬牙切齿。

    恶人设谋害义人，又向他咬牙。

    The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth.

13. 13

    主要笑他，因见他的日子将要来到。

    主会笑他；因他看见他的日子要来到了。

    主要笑他，因见他受罚的日子将要来到。

    The LORD shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming.

14. 14

    恶人已经弓上弦，刀出鞘，要打倒贫穷和有需要的人，要杀害那些为人正直的。

    恶者已经拔出了剑，并且已经拉弯了他们的弓，为要抛下贫穷者和有需要者，又为要杀害那些为人正直的。

    恶人已经弓上弦，刀出鞘，要打倒困苦穷乏的人，要杀害行动正直的人。

    The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, and to slay such as be of upright conversation.

15. 15

    他们的剑必刺入自己的心；他们的弓必被折断。

    他们的剑会刺入自己的心，并且他们的弓会被折断。

    他们的刀必刺入自己的心；他们的弓必被折断。

    Their sword shall enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken.

16. 16

    一个义人所有的虽少，强过许多恶人的富足。

    一个正义的人拥有的一小点，好过许多恶者的财物。

    一个义人所有的虽少，强过许多恶人的富余。

    A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked.

17. 17

    因为恶人的膀臂必被折断；但耶和华扶持义人。

    因恶者的膀臂会被折断；但主支持正义者。

    因为恶人的膀臂必被折断；但耶和华是扶持义人。

    For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the LORD upholdeth the righteous.

18. 18

    耶和华知道正直人的日子；他们的产业要存到永远。

    主知道正直者的日子；他们的产业会到永远。

    耶和华知道完全人的日子；他们的产业要存到永远。

    The LORD knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever.

19. 19

    他们在邪恶的时期不致羞愧，在饥荒的日子必得饱足。

    他们在坏的时候不会羞愧；他们在饥荒的众日子里会被满足。

    他们在急难的时候不致羞愧，在饥荒的日子必得饱足。

    They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.

20. 20

    恶人却要灭亡。耶和华的仇敌要像羊羔的脂油。他们要消灭，要如烟消灭。

    但恶者会灭亡，并且主的众敌人会像羊羔的脂油；他们会消灭，他们会消灭在烟中。

    恶人却要灭亡。耶和华的仇敌要像羊羔的脂油（或译：像草地的华美）；他们要消灭，要如烟消灭。

    But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the LORD shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away.

21. 21

    恶人借贷而不偿还。义人却显出怜悯，并且给予。

    恶者借贷，不再偿还；而正义者显出怜悯，并且给予。

    恶人借贷而不偿还；义人却恩待人，并且施舍。

    The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth.

22. 22

    蒙他祝福的必承受这地；被他咒诅的必被剪除。

    因被他祝福的会继承这地；那些被他咒诅的会被剪除。

    蒙耶和华赐福的必承受地土；被他咒诅的必被剪除。

    For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off.

23. 23

    善人的脚步被耶和华立定；他喜爱他的道路。

    一个好人的脚步被主立定；并且他喜欢他的道路。

    义人的脚步被耶和华立定；他的道路，耶和华也喜爱。

    The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.

24. 24

    他虽失脚也不至完全被弃，因为耶和华用他的手搀扶他。

    他虽跌倒，他也不会被彻底抛下去；因主用他的手扶持他。

    他虽失脚也不至全身仆倒，因为耶和华用手搀扶他（或译：搀扶他的手）。

    Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.

25. 25

    我从前年幼，现在年老，却未见过义人被弃，也未见过他的种子讨饭。

    我年轻过，现在老了；我还没有见过正义者被丢弃，也没有见过他的种子乞讨饼。

    我从前年幼，现在年老，却未见过义人被弃，也未见过他的后裔讨饭。

    I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.

26. 26

    他常施怜悯，借给人；他的种子也蒙福。

    他是永远怜悯的，又借给人；并且他的种子是有福的。

    他终日恩待人，借给人；他的后裔也蒙福！

    He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed.

27. 27

    应当离恶行善，就可永远安居。

    离开坏事，并做好事；就能永远居住。

    你当离恶行善，就可永远安居。

    Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for evermore.

28. 28

    因为，耶和华喜爱公平，不撇弃他的圣徒们；他们永蒙保护，但恶人的种子必被剪除。

    因主爱判决，并且不丢弃他的众圣徒；他们永远被保全；但恶者的种子会被剪除。

    因为，耶和华喜爱公平，不撇弃他的圣民；他们永蒙保佑，但恶人的后裔必被剪除。

    For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.

29. 29

    义人必承受这地，永居其上。

    正义者会继承这土地，并永远居住其中。

    义人必承受地土，永居其上。

    The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever.

30. 30

    义人的口谈论智慧；他的舌头讲说公平。

    正义者的口讲论智慧，并且他的舌头讲说判决。

    义人的口谈论智慧；他的舌头讲说公平。

    The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment.

31. 31

    神的律法在他心里；他的脚总不滑跌。

    他神的法律在他心里；他的脚步不会滑跌。

    The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide.

32. 32

    恶人注视义人，想要杀他。

    恶者望着正义者，就想要杀他。

    恶人窥探义人，想要杀他。

    The wicked watcheth the righteous, and seeketh to slay him.

33. 33

    耶和华必不把他留在恶人手中；当审判的时候，也不定他的罪。

    主不会把他留在他手里；当他被审判的时候，也不刑罚他。

    耶和华必不撇他在恶人手中；当审判的时候，也不定他的罪。

    The LORD will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.

34. 34

    应当等候耶和华，遵守他的道，他就抬举你，使你承受这地；恶人被剪除时，你必看见。

    等候主，并持守他的道路，他就会升高你，使你继承这土地；恶者被剪除的时候，你会看见。

    你当等候耶和华，遵守他的道，他就抬举你，使你承受地土；恶人被剪除的时候，你必看见。

    Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.

35. 35

    我见过恶人大有势力，好像一根青翠月桂树生发。

    我曾见过恶者在大权力中，并且就像一棵绿月桂树扩散。

    我见过恶人大有势力，好像一棵青翠树在本土生发。

    I have seen the wicked in great power, and spreading himself like a green bay tree.

36. 36

    然而，他会去世，看啊，他没有了；是的，我寻找他，却寻不着。

    然而，他去世了，又瞧，他就不在了；是的，我寻找他，但他不能被找到。

    有人从那里经过，不料，他没有了；我也寻找他，却寻不着。

    Yet he passed away, and, lo, he was not: yea, I sought him, but he could not be found.

37. 37

    你要细察那完全人，观看那正直人，因为那人有平安的结局。

    注意那完美的人，并看那正直者；因那人的结局是和平。

    你要细察那完全人，观看那正直人，因为和平人有好结局。

    Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace.

38. 38

    至于犯法的人，必一起被毁灭；恶人终必被剪除。

    但违犯者，会一起被毁灭；恶者的尽头会被剪除。

    至于犯法的人，必一同灭绝；恶人终必剪除。

    But the transgressors shall be destroyed together: the end of the wicked shall be cut off.

39. 39

    但义人的拯救是属于耶和华；他在患难时作他们的力量。

    但正义者的拯救是出于主的；他在困苦的时候是他们的强力。

    但义人得救是由于耶和华；他在患难时作他们的营寨。

    But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD: he is their strength in the time of trouble.

40. 40

    耶和华必帮助他们，拯救他们: 他必救他们脱离恶人，救出他们，因为他们信靠他。

    主会帮助他们，并救他们；他会救他们脱离恶者，并拯救他们，因为他们信靠他。

    耶和华帮助他们，解救他们；他解救他们脱离恶人，把他们救出来，因为他们投靠他。

    And the LORD shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.
