（大卫的记念诗。）耶和华啊，不要在怒中责备我，不要在烈怒中惩罚我。
（大卫的一首诗，为要带来记忆。）主啊，不要在你的怒火里斥责我，也不要在你强烈的不悦中管教我。
耶和华啊，求你不要在怒中责备我，不要在烈怒中惩罚我！
(A Psalm of David, to bring to remembrance.) O Lord, rebuke me not in thy wrath: neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.

因为，你的箭射入我身；你的手压住我。
因你的箭在我身上扎得很紧，并且你的手把我压痛了。
因为，你的箭射入我身；你的手压住我。
For thine arrows stick fast in me, and thy hand presseth me sore.

因你的恼怒，我的肉无一完全；因我的罪过，我的骨头也不安宁。
因为你的气愤，我的肉体无一健全；因为我的罪，我的骨头也没有休息。
因你的恼怒，我的肉无一完全；因我的罪过，我的骨头也不安宁。
There is no soundness in my flesh because of thine anger; neither is there any rest in my bones because of my sin.

我的罪孽高过我的头，如同重担叫我担当不起。
因我的罪过高过了我的头；就像一个重担，它们对我来说过重了。

For mine iniquities are gone over mine head: as an heavy burden they are too heavy for me.

My wounds stink and are corrupt because of my foolishness.

我惊惶，大大屈身，我终日哀恸。
我忧虑；我被极大地压弯了；我整天在哀悼。
我疼痛，大大拳曲，终日哀痛。
I am troubled; I am bowed down greatly; I go mourning all the day long.

我满腰是可厌的病；我的肉无一完全。
因我的腰间被一个讨厌的疾病充满了；我的肉体无一健全。
我满腰是火；我的肉无一完全。
For my loins are filled with a loathsome disease: and there is no soundness in my flesh.

我被压伤 身体疲倦，因心里不安，我就唉哼。
我虚弱无力，极其破碎；我由于心中不安的原因而咆哮。
我被压伤，身体疲倦；因心里不安，我就唉哼。
I am feeble and sore broken: I have roared by reason of the disquietness of my heart.

主啊，我的心愿都在你面前；我的叹息不向你隐瞒。
主，我的所有渴望都在你面前；我的呻吟没有向你隐瞒。
主啊，我的心愿都在你面前；我的叹息不向你隐瞒。
Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee.

我心切慕，我力衰微，连我眼中的光也离开了我。
我的心切慕，我的强力枯竭；至于我眼中的光，它也离开了我。
我心跳动，我力衰微，连我眼中的光也没有了。
My heart panteth, my strength faileth me: as for the light of mine eyes, it also is gone from me.

我所亲爱的和密友因我的疼痛都在旁边站着；我的男亲戚们也远远地站立。
我的爱人们和我的朋友们因我的伤痛都在旁边站着；并且我的亲人们也远远地站着。
我的良朋密友因我的灾病都躲在旁边站着；我的亲戚本家也远远地站立。
My lovers and my friends stand aloof from my sore; and my kinsmen stand afar off.

那寻索我命的为我设下网罗；那想要害我的口出恶言，终日谋算诡计。
那些寻找要我命的人，为我设下了网罗；那些寻找要伤我的人，说出毒害的事情，并且整天想象诡计。
那寻索我命的设下网罗；那想要害我的口出恶言，终日思想诡计。
They also that seek after my life lay snares for me: and they that seek my hurt speak mischievous things, and imagine deceits all the day long.

但我像个聋子听不见，也像个哑巴不开他的口。
但我就像个聋子听不见；我又像个不开口的哑巴。
但我如聋子不听，像哑巴不开口。
But I, as a deaf man, heard not; and I was as a dumb man that openeth not his mouth.

因此我如一个不能听见的人，口中没有回话。
因此我像一个听不见，并且口里没有责备的人。
我如不听见的人，口中没有回话。
Thus I was as a man that heareth not, and in whose mouth are no reproofs.

耶和华啊，我仰望你。主我的神啊，你必应允我。
主啊，因我在你里面盼望；主我的神啊，你会听的 。
耶和华啊，我仰望你！主我的 神啊，你必应允我！
For in thee, O LORD, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God.

因为我曾说，请听我，恐怕他们向我夸耀；我失脚的时候，他们向我夸大。
因我说，听我吧，以免他们向我喜乐；当我的脚滑了，他们就针对我凸显自己。
我曾说：“恐怕他们向我夸耀；我失脚的时候，他们向我夸大。”
For I said, Hear me, lest otherwise they should rejoice over me: when my foot slippeth, they magnify themselves against me.

我几乎跌倒；我的痛苦常在我面前。
因我准备去跛脚，并且我的悲伤持续地在我面前。

For I am ready to halt, and my sorrow is continually before me.

我要承认我的罪孽；我要因我的罪忧愁。
因我要申明我的罪过；我要因我的罪抱歉。

For I will declare mine iniquity; I will be sorry for my sin.

但我的仇敌又活泼又强壮，无理恨我的增多了。
但我的众敌人是活跃的，并且他们是强壮的；那些错误地恨我的人成倍增加。

But mine enemies are lively, and they are strong: and they that hate me wrongfully are multiplied.

以恶报善的与我作对，因我是追求良善。
还有那些以坏回报好的，他们是我的众仇敌；因为我跟随那好的事。

They also that render evil for good are mine adversaries; because I follow the thing that good is.

耶和华啊，不要撇弃我。我的神啊，不要远离我。
主啊，不要丢弃我；我的神啊，不要远离我。
耶和华啊，求你不要撇弃我！我的 神啊，求你不要远离我！
Forsake me not, O LORD: O my God, be not far from me.

拯救我的主啊，求你快快帮助我。
主我的拯救啊，赶快来帮助我吧。
拯救我的主啊，求你快快帮助我！
Make haste to help me, O Lord my salvation.
