（亚萨的诗。）神实在恩待以色列那些清心的人。
（阿撒弗的一首诗。）神对以色列是真的好，就是对那些有一颗清洁的心的人。
神实在恩待以色列那些清心的人！
(A Psalm of Asaph.) Truly God is good to Israel, even to such as are of a clean heart.

至于我，我的脚几乎闪失；我的脚险些滑跌。
但至于我，我的脚几乎闪失；我的脚步险些滑跌。
至于我，我的脚几乎失闪；我的脚险些滑跌。
But as for me, my feet were almost gone; my steps had well nigh slipped.

因我见恶人亨通，就嫉妒愚妄人。
因当我见恶者兴旺时，我就嫉妒愚蠢者。
我见恶人和狂傲人享平安就心怀不平。
For I was envious at the foolish, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.

他们死的时候没有疼痛；他们的力气，却也壮实。
因他们死的时候没有捆绑；但他们的强力却是坚固的。
他们死的时候没有疼痛；他们的力气却也壮实。
For there are no bands in their death: but their strength is firm.

他们不像别人受苦，也不像别人遭灾。
他们不像其他人在困苦中，也不像其他人遭灾祸。
他们不像别人受苦，也不像别人遭灾。
They are not in trouble as other men; neither are they plagued like other men.

因此，骄傲如链子绕着他们；强暴像衣裳遮住他们的身体。
因此，骄傲像一条链子绕着他们；暴力像一件衣服遮盖着他们。
所以，骄傲如链子戴在他们的项上；强暴像衣裳遮住他们的身体。
Therefore pride compasseth them about as a chain; violence covereth them as a garment.

他们的眼睛因体胖而凸出；他们所得的，过于心里所想的。

Their eyes stand out with fatness: they have more than heart could wish.

他们都是败坏的，凭恶意说欺压人的话；他们说话自高。
他们是败坏的，并且对于压迫邪恶地说话；他们傲慢地说话。
他们讥笑人，凭恶意说欺压人的话；他们说话自高。
They are corrupt, and speak wickedly concerning oppression: they speak loftily.

他们的口攻击诸天；他们的舌走遍这地。
他们设立自己的口攻击众天；他们的舌头走遍这地。
他们的口亵渎上天；他们的舌毁谤全地。
They set their mouth against the heavens, and their tongue walketh through the earth.

因此，他的百姓回归到这里，满杯的水向他们排出。
因此，他的人民回到这里；一满杯的众水被拧出来给他们。
所以 神的民归到这里，喝尽了满杯的苦水。
Therefore his people return hither: and waters of a full cup are wrung out to them.

他们说，神怎能知道？至高者里面难道有知识吗？
然后他们说，神怎么知道？难道在至高者里面有知识？
他们说：“ 神怎能晓得？至高者岂有知识呢？”
And they say, How doth God know? and is there knowledge in the most High?

看啊，这就是不敬虔的人；他们在世亨通，财宝便加增。
看啊，这些就是那在世界里兴盛的不敬神者；他们在财物上增加。
看哪，这就是恶人；他们既是常享安逸，财宝便加增。
Behold, these are the ungodly, who prosper in the world; they increase in riches.

我实在徒然洁净了我的心，徒然洗手表明无辜。
我实在是在虚空里洁净了我的心，又在无辜里洗了我的手。
我实在徒然洁净了我的心，徒然洗手表明无辜。
Verily I have cleansed my heart in vain, and washed my hands in innocency.

因为，我终日遭灾难；每早晨受惩治。
因为，我整天都遭灾祸，每个早晨都被管教。
因为，我终日遭灾难；每早晨受惩治。
For all the day long have I been plagued, and chastened every morning.

我若说，我要这样讲，看啊，这就是以奸诈待你的众子。
如果我说，我要这样讲；看啊，我就会冒犯你孩子们的世代。
我若说，“我要这样讲”，这就是以奸诈待你的众子。
If I say, I will speak thus; behold, I should offend against the generation of thy children.

当我思想要知道这事，这对我来说实在是痛苦，
当我想要知道这个时，这对我来说太痛苦了；
我思索怎能明白这事，眼看实系为难，
When I thought to know this, it was too painful for me;

等我进了神的圣所，我便明白他们的结局。
直到我进了神的圣所，那时我就明白了他们的结局。
等我进了 神的圣所，思想他们的结局。
Until I went into the sanctuary of God; then understood I their end.

你实在把他们安在滑地，使他们倒下灭亡。
你的确把他们安在滑的地方；你把他们抛下去进入灭亡。
你实在把他们安在滑地，使他们掉在沉沦之中。
Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou castedst them down into destruction.

他们瞬间成了何等的荒凉！他们全然被惊恐吞灭。
他们怎样在一瞬间被带到荒凉中！他们被恐惧彻底吞灭了。
他们转眼之间成了何等的荒凉！他们被惊恐灭尽了。
How are they brought into desolation, as in a moment! they are utterly consumed with terrors.

人睡醒了，怎样看梦；主啊，你醒了也必照样轻看他们的影像。
当一个人醒了，怎样看梦；主啊，当你醒了，你也会照样藐视他们的形象。
人睡醒了，怎样看梦；主啊，你醒了也必照样轻看他们的影像。
As a dream when one awaketh; so, O Lord, when thou awakest, thou shalt despise their image.

因而，我心里悲伤，肺腑被刺。
我的心这样忧愁，我的肾脏又被刺入。
因而，我心里发酸，肺腑被刺。
Thus my heart was grieved, and I was pricked in my reins.
- 22
我这样愚昧无知，在你面前如兽一般。
我这样愚蠢，又无知；我在你面前就像只兽一样。
我这样愚昧无知，在你面前如畜类一般。
So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee.

然而，我一直与你同在；你搀着我的右手。
然而，我持续地与你在一起；你握住了我的右手。
然而，我常与你同在；你搀着我的右手。
Nevertheless I am continually with thee: thou hast holden me by my right hand.

你要以你的训言引导我，以后必接我到荣耀里。
你会以你的建议引导我，并且接收我去荣耀中。
你要以你的训言引导我，以后必接我到荣耀里。
Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.

除你以外，在天上我有谁呢？除你以外，在地上我也没有所渴慕的。
除你以外，在天里我有谁？除你以外，在地上我没有渴望的。
除你以外，在天上我有谁呢？除你以外，在地上我也没有所爱慕的。
Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee.

我的肉体和我的心衰残；但神是我心的力量，又是我的分，直到永远。
我的肉体和我的心衰败；但神是我心的强力，又是我永远的份。
我的肉体和我的心肠衰残；但 神是我心里的力量，又是我的福分，直到永远。
My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.

看啊，远离你的，必要死亡；凡离弃你行邪淫的，你都毁灭了。
瞧，因远离你的，他们会灭亡；去行淫离开你的，你已把他们全部毁灭了。
远离你的，必要死亡；凡离弃你行邪淫的，你都灭绝了。
For, lo, they that are far from thee shall perish: thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from thee.

但我亲近神是与我有益；我已经信靠主耶和华，好叫我述说你一切的作为。
但靠近神对我是好的；我已把我的信靠放在主神里，这样我就可以申明你一切的工作。
但我亲近 神是与我有益；我以主耶和华为我的避难所，好叫我述说你一切的作为。
But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, that I may declare all thy works.
