（亚萨的训诲诗。）神啊，你为什么永远丢弃我们呢？你为什么向你草场的羊发怒，如烟冒出呢？
（阿撒弗的教诲诗。）神啊，你为什么永远抛弃我们？为什么你气愤的烟对着你草场的羊冒？
神啊，你为何永远丢弃我们呢？你为何向你草场的羊发怒，如烟冒出呢？
(Maschil of Asaph.) O God, why hast thou cast us off for ever? why doth thine anger smoke against the sheep of thy pasture?

记念你的会众，你古时所买来的；和你产业的杖，你已救赎的；并这锡安山，你向来所居住的。
记住你旧时买来的，你的集合；你救赎的，你产业的杖；你住在其中的，这个锡安山。
求你记念你古时所得来的会众，就是你所赎、作你产业支派的，并记念你向来所居住的锡安山。
Remember thy congregation, which thou hast purchased of old; the rod of thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed; this mount Zion, wherein thou hast dwelt.

求你举步去看那日久荒凉之地，仇敌在圣所中所行的一切恶事。
向那些永久的荒凉抬起你的脚吧；就是敌人在圣所里做的一切邪恶事。
求你举步去看那日久荒凉之地，仇敌在圣所中所行的一切恶事。
Lift up thy feet unto the perpetual desolations; even all that the enemy hath done wickedly in the sanctuary.

你的敌人在你会中吼叫；他们竖了自己的旗为迹象。
你的众敌人在你的集合当中吼叫；他们设立了他们的众军旗作众迹象。
你的敌人在你会中吼叫；他们竖了自己的旗为记号。
Thine enemies roar in the midst of thy congregations; they set up their ensigns for signs.

人扬起斧子，因砍伐茂密的树林得名声。
一个人由于他向茂密的树举起了斧子而出名。
他们好像人扬起斧子，砍伐林中的树。
A man was famous according as he had lifted up axes upon the thick trees.

圣所中一切雕刻的，他们现在立刻用斧子锤子打破。
但现在他们立刻就用斧子和锤子把其上雕刻的工作打碎了。
圣所中一切雕刻的，他们现在用斧子锤子打坏了。
But now they break down the carved work thereof at once with axes and hammers.

他们用火焚烧你的圣所，污秽你名的住所，拆毁到地。
他们已把火抛进你的圣所，他们借着把你的名的住处摔到地面来污秽它。
他们用火焚烧你的圣所，亵渎你名的居所，拆毁到地。
They have cast fire into thy sanctuary, they have defiled by casting down the dwelling place of thy name to the ground.

他们心里说，我们要尽行毁灭: 他们已烧毁这地上神的所有会堂。
他们心里说，让我们一起毁灭它们；他们已烧了神在这土地里所有的会堂。
他们心里说：“我们要尽行毁灭。”他们就在遍地把 神的会所都烧毁了。
They said in their hearts, Let us destroy them together: they have burned up all the synagogues of God in the land.

我们不见我们的迹象: 不再有先知: 我们内中也没有人知道还有多久。
我们看不见我们的众迹象，不再有预言者；我们中也没有人知道还有多久。
我们不见我们的标帜，不再有先知；我们内中也没有人知道这灾祸要到几时呢！
We see not our signs: there is no more any prophet: neither is there among us any that knoweth how long.

神啊，敌人辱骂还有多久呢？仇敌亵渎你的名要到永远吗？
神啊，仇敌责备还要多久？敌人要永远亵渎你的名吗？
神啊，敌人辱骂要到几时呢？仇敌亵渎你的名要到永远吗？
O God, how long shall the adversary reproach? shall the enemy blaspheme thy name for ever?

你为什么缩回你的手，你的右手？从你怀中伸出来吧。
你为什么缩回你的手，就是你的右手？从你怀中伸出来吧。
你为什么缩回你的右手？求你从怀中伸出来，毁灭他们。
Why withdrawest thou thy hand, even thy right hand? pluck it out of thy bosom.

因神亘古以来是我的王，在这地中施行拯救。
因神是我旧时的王，在这地当中行做拯救。
神自古以来为我的王，在地上施行拯救。
For God is my King of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth.

你曾用力量将海分开: 你打破众水中众龙的头。
你曾借着你的强力把海分开；在众水里你把众龙的众头打破。
你曾用能力将海分开，将水中大鱼的头打破。
Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength: thou brakest the heads of the dragons in the waters.
- 14
你曾砸碎海怪的头，把他给旷野的民为食物。
你曾把利未森的众头打碎，并把他给居住荒野的人民作食物。
你曾砸碎鳄鱼的头，把它给旷野的禽兽（禽兽：原文是民）为食物。
Thou brakest the heads of leviathan in pieces, and gavest him to be meat to the people inhabiting the wilderness.

你曾分开那源泉与洪水: 你使大河干枯。
你劈开了泉源与洪水；你使大河干枯。
你曾分裂磐石，水便成了溪河；你使长流的江河干了。
Thou didst cleave the fountain and the flood: thou driedst up mighty rivers.

白天是你的，黑夜也是你的: 你已预备了光和太阳。
昼是你的，夜也是你的；你准备了光和太阳。
白昼属你，黑夜也属你；亮光和日头是你所预备的。
The day is thine, the night also is thine: thou hast prepared the light and the sun.

你已立了地的一切疆界: 你造了夏天和冬天。
你立了这地的一切边界；你造了夏季和冬季。
地的一切疆界是你所立的；夏天和冬天是你所定的。
Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made summer and winter.
- 18
耶和华啊，记念这事，就是仇敌辱骂，愚顽人亵渎了你的名。
主啊，记住这个，就是敌人的辱骂，还有愚蠢的人民亵渎了你的名。
耶和华啊，仇敌辱骂，愚顽民亵渎了你的名，求你记念这事。
Remember this, that the enemy hath reproached, O LORD, and that the foolish people have blasphemed thy name.

啊，不要将你斑鸠的魂交给那众多的恶人: 不要永远忘记你贫穷人的集会。
哦，不要把你的斑鸠的魂交给那许多的恶者；永远不要忘记你的贫穷者的集合。
不要将你斑鸠的性命交给野兽；不要永远忘记你困苦人的性命。
O deliver not the soul of thy turtledove unto the multitude of the wicked: forget not the congregation of thy poor for ever.

顾念所立的约: 因为地上黑暗之处都满了残暴的住所。
对这契约有重视吧；因这地的黑暗地方充满了残忍的居所。
求你顾念所立的约，因为地上黑暗之处都满了强暴的居所。
Have respect unto the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty.

啊，不要叫受欺压的人蒙羞回去: 要叫贫穷和有需要的人赞美你的名。
哦，不要让受欺压者羞愧返回；让贫穷者和有需要者赞美你的名吧。
不要叫受欺压的人蒙羞回去；要叫困苦穷乏的人赞美你的名。
O let not the oppressed return ashamed: let the poor and needy praise thy name.

神啊，起来为自己伸诉: 要记念愚顽人怎样终日辱骂你。
神啊，起来，为你自己的案件辩护吧；记住愚蠢的人怎么每天辱骂你。
神啊，求你起来为自己伸诉！要记念愚顽人怎样终日辱骂你。
Arise, O God, plead thine own cause: remember how the foolish man reproacheth thee daily.

不要忘记你敌人的声音: 那起来敌你之人的喧哗不停地上升。
不要忘记你的众敌人的声音；那些兴起来攻击你的动乱在持续增加着。
不要忘记你敌人的声音；那起来敌你之人的喧哗时常上升。
Forget not the voice of thine enemies: the tumult of those that rise up against thee increaseth continually.
